Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting. It is tastefully decorated in the Floridian style and is, of course, air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and master bedroom.
The villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort.
Outside the private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area and has an underwater pool light for evening swims after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks.

When you enter our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, villa you are greeted by a very spacious and light lounge/diner stretching from the front of the property to the rear where it overlooks the swimming pool area.
Our lovely master bedroom with a queen size bed has patio doors that lead to the pool decking area. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Outside is a large fully screened and heated swimming pool - all to yourself! All the patio furniture you will need. Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool area in the evening.

The pool has a very large screened deck area which includes a dining lanai/porch area with shade umbrella, table and chairs, as eating out in the open air by the poolside is a well established Florida tradition.
The view from the pool is particularly stunning as the rear of the villa faces south and is only 10 metres from the edge of a beautiful tranquil lake. Pine trees beyond combine to make this a particularly pleasing outlook.
