Family Room

The second living room (the family room) is larger and comes with two large sofas and central ceiling fan. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, stereo system and x-box with games.

Large patio doors give an excellent view of the pool along with access to it.

Living Room

The entrance foyer leads into the first of two living rooms. This room comes with 2 sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper and could accommodate extra guests. This room is spacious and has double patio doors that look onto the large covered patio/lanai area by the pool.

Dining Room

The formal dining area leads off from the first living room and has a large table with 6 chairs, an excellent place for formal dining!

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances:

• Side by side fridge freezer with ice-maker
• Coffee maker, toaster, blender

Breakfast Nook

The nook is a smaller dining area next to the kitchen. It has 4 seats and overlooks the pool area.

Master Bedroom

There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite. The first master bedroom is luxuriously finished with a large American king sized bed, side tables and a large dresser mirror. The room is equipped with cable TV, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.

2nd Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock and a large walk in wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom

The twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall from the family room. This room has twin beds with a "Mickey Mouse and Friends" theme. It has a walk in wardrobe and set of drawers along with its own "Mickey Mouse" TV and DVD player!

4th Bedroom

This room has twin beds with a "Safari" theme, walk in wardrobe, set of drawers and its own TV and VCR player!!

Master Bathroom

Leading from the master suite is an inner lobby from which there is a large walk-in closet and a superbly sized en-suite bathroom, comprising of a large Roman tub, separate double walk-in shower, his and hers vanity sink units and a separate toilet.

2nd Master En-Suite

The en-suite has a shower, WC and basin with door leading directly onto the pool and lanai area.

3rd Bathroom

This bathroom lies between the 3rd and 4th bedroom and comprises of a bath, overhead shower, vanity unit and WC.

Pool Area

Relax after an exhaustive day at the parks in your very own private pool. It is fully screened to keep out insects but lets the sunshine through. The lanai area offers plenty of room for sunbathing. Sun loungers with cushions, patio table and chairs and gas BBQ all available for you r use. The pool is equipped with the latest child safety fencing to help keep unsupervised children away from the pool area. An outdoor ceiling fan is also situated on the lanai area to keep you cool. At night turn on the Fibre Optic lights and see the pool change into four different colours....

Pool heating is available at an extra cost, and recommended for the winter months.

All Bed linen and towels are provided.
