Lounge / Family Room
A clean, comfortable and spacious lounge / family room for you to relax in after a days excursion to Disneyland or Universal studios. The room is south facing and therefore catches the Florida sun all day long. A ceiling fan and window shade complement the air-conditioning to maintain a cool internal temperature. It opens out onto the private pool and spa area.
The room is equipped with cable television, DVD/VHS player and telephone. Local telephone calls are free, however long distance and international calls can be made provided a phone card is used. These can be purchase from the Berry Town Centre conveniently located 5 minutes away.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is comfortable and calming with a queen size bed, just what you need after a days outing in Orlando. It is accessed from the lounge / family room. It has a large walking storage cupboard with ample hanging space and even enough space to hide your travel cases.
As you would expect in a master bedroom there is a telephone, cable television and DVD player for your use. Local telephone call are free however long distance and international calls require the use of a telephone card.
The room has a ceiling fan that combined with the air-conditioning maintains the temperature to ensure that you have a comfortable night sleep even in the height of summer.
The master bathroom can be accessed either from the master bedroom or from the pool deck. This arrangement is common in holiday villas as it eliminates the need to walk the lounge / family room from the pool to shower.
It is well equipped with a 110/240 volt shaving point, large mirrors with lights and lots of soft fresh towels.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, made up with fresh bedding. The room has a double wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers to store you items. A ceiling fan and air-conditioning ensure that you have a comfortable nights sleep even on the hottest of days.
Kids Bedroom
Every child coming to Florida to stay in a rented villa would want to stay in our Disney themed kids bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (double lower bed and single upper bunk) and the bed linen continues the Disneyland theme.
The room is air-conditioned and a ceiling fans provides addition air circulation if required. This ensures that your kids get a good nights sleep and are fully refreshed for next days action packed visit to the theme parks.
The room has a built in wardrobe with a selection of games and toys laid out to keep the kids amused.
Kitchen Area
Fully equipped, this kitchen has everything a family on holiday would want including dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast table.
Laundry
Equipped with an automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A full range of towels and linen are provided so that you stay will be a comfortable one.
Pool Area
South facing, private, screened and heated pool and spa.
This pool is ideal at any time of the year to play with the children whether it be morning noon or night as the water temperature in the pool and spa can be regulated to maintain a constant 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the evening the spa is the ideal place to relax after a long day at Disneyland, SeaWorld or Universal Studios. Warm water and massaging bubbles help to revive tired muscles. This is what being on holiday is all about!
