Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).
The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.
The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests.
If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.
Within Westridge are two gated communities, The Manors North and The Manors South. The homes are built on oversized plots with landscaped front gardens. Manors South also benefits from large open grasslands.
On Manors North there is a clubhouse, with WiFi access, a fitness gym, tennis and basketball courts, and a community pool with a maximum depth of 8ft, provided free for use by the residents and guests of both communities. At the far end of the entrance road to Westridge is a childrens playground.
Westridge is an ideal location for your stay in Orlando because of its convenient position off highway 27, approximately 3 miles south of the western end of highway 192. A short drive on US 27 is the local shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, pizza parlour and other shops. Highway 27 also provides quick and easy access to major routes to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
Our lovely villa comprises 4 bedrooms (master with king size bed end ensuite, double with queen size bed and 2 with twin beds), spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and games room.
The games room has a fantastic selection of games, including pool table, air hockey table, dart board, table football, American football game and a basketball game.
Outside the private swimming pool, which measures 30ft x 15ft, is fully screened and can be electrically heated. Pool furniture is provided for sunbathing and relaxing after the occasional dip.

Our villa consists of an open plan kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It is equipped to the highest standard, including free use of cot and high chair, together with a washing machine and dryer. There is satellite TV in all bedrooms and living area, 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs and a PS2.
There are four bedrooms, one master and one double, both with ensuite bathrooms, and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom.
As well as this there is a south facing outdoor heated pool, which has just been refurbished, and a pool table and air hockey table are available for use in the games room.

Jasmine House, our privately owned villa, is a beautifully furnished, detached, single storey home, the rear of which faces south, thereby, affording all-day sunshine to the pool / jucuzzi and patio area.
Situated on a larger than average lot, and, with some 2400 sq ft of living space, the villa is much larger and better appointed than some properties offered for holiday rental in the Orlando area.
The villa sleeps 11 guests very comfortably and a cot and highchair are also provided for the most important 'little ones' in the party.

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bed villa near Disney. The villa is located in the security gated community of The Manors South, Westridge, just on the 27, 4 minutes from the 192 with its abundance of restaurants, shops, nightlife and the gateway to all the attractions! (Disney, Epcot, Universal. Etc) only 10 minutes drive away!
Our villa is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, on a very large corner lot! The villa is south facing which means sun all year round on the pool. The pool backs onto woodland, thus giving total privacy as it is not being overlooked from any angle!!!
