Community of Westridge
The Westridge development includes two gated communities, The Manors North and The Manors South. Each villa is built on an oversize plot with landscaped front gardens. Manors South also benefits from large open grasslands.
On Manors North there is a clubhouse, with WiFi access, a fitness gym, tennis and basketball courts, and a community pool with a maximum depth of 8ft, provided free for use by the residents and guests of both communities. At the far end of the entrance road to Westridge is a childrens playground.
The Manors South is an ideal location for your stay in Orlando because of its convenient position off highway 27, approximately 3 miles south of the western end of highway 192. A short drive on US 27 is the local shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, pizza parlour and other shops. Highway 27 also provides quick and easy access to major routes to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

Our beautiful air-conditioned four bedroom, 1 ensuite master and a large family bathroom, villa with private screened south facing pool and lanai. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people plus baby.

House Near Disney at The Manors, North Westridge
Our superb, modern 4 bedroom, villa has a wealth of fantastic amenities one would expect of a luxury home. Air-conditioned throughout and furnished to a very high standard for occupancy by up to 8 people.
The villa also has it's own private, heated and screened pool area complete with separate jacuzzi/spa. The light gauge mesh which covers the pool deck area allows you to relax in the Florida sunshine without being at risk from flying insects. The pool area is NOT overlooked.
There is ample quality patio furniture around the pool and in addition the pool can be illuminated at night with underwater lighting.

Jasmine House at Westridge
Jasmine House, our privately owned villa, is a beautifully furnished, detached, single storey home, the rear of which faces south, thereby, affording all-day sunshine to the pool / jucuzzi and patio area.
Situated on a larger than average lot, and, with some 2400 sq ft of living space, the villa is much larger and better appointed than some properties offered for holiday rental in the Orlando area.
The villa sleeps 11 guests very comfortably and a cot and highchair are also provided for the most important 'little ones' in the party.

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bed villa near Disney. The villa is located in the security gated community of the Manors of Westridge, just on the 27, 4 minutes from the 192 with its abundance of restaurants, shops, nightlife and the gateway to all the attractions! (Disney, Epcot, Universal. Etc) only 10 minutes drive away!
Our villa is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, on a very large corner lot! The villa is south facing which means sun all year round on the pool. The pool backs onto woodland, thus giving total privacy as it is not being overlooked from any angle!!!

Our clean, comfortable and spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax after a days excursion to Disneyland or Universal studios. The room is equipped with two televisions with cable TV, VHS and DVD players.
The master bedroom is comfortable and calming with a queen size bed, just what you need after a days outing in Orlando. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and the kids bedroom has a Disneyland theme and is equipped with a bunk bed.

Luxury 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom detached villa is fully air conditioned, complete with mosquito screened outdoor heated swimming pool. The villa will sleep 6 people with the capacity for an additional 2 people making a total of 8.
The villa comprises a lounge, kitchen, dinning area and is equipped with a kitchen boasting every conceivable modern amenity.
Outside you are welcomed with table and chairs, sun loungers and mosquito screen, where you can quickly drift into the relaxed Floridian way of life. Florida Ventures operates a maid service between lets and during if the need facilitates.

The living area is spacious and airy and, thanks to the large ceiling fan, always just at the right temperature to enjoy a quiet read looking out over the pool.
