This sophisticated 3475 sq.ft 6 bedroomed Mediterranean style villa is in a quiet area of Watersong - a prestigious gated community - just a short drive away from Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios. This luxurious villa is a home from home with commanding and unsurpassed views of a tranquil lake and peaceful surroundings of woodlands makes our villa perfect for any family holiday. From the moment you walk in the door you will see that our villa definitely has the "Wow Factor."
It is impeccably furnished and professionally decorated in elegant furnishing for guests seeking the luxury of space with a modern twist. Our villa can sleep up to 16 people.
Situated on a south facing oversized lot the villa boasts a 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area and a wonderful covered lanai plus a 14ftx 30ft pool with 6ft round - raised spa with spa lights.
A 5ft outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill barbeque allows you to cook and dine "Al Fresco", it also has an outdoor toilet and shower area which is excellent for the children when playing in the pool. Providing ample reclining and cushioned pool furniture for all the family making it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the Orlando theme parks with elegant tranquil views of the lake.
The whole of the villa is designated as NO smoking for safety and comfort.
The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allows adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. Two comfortable sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping.
The family room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 42in flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap round couch and chair.
Our totally integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge freezer, Oven and much more for your comfort and convenience. In fact, everything you could need to make it your "home from home".
The dinning area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning features. Both the Dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via arch ways.
The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 18ft lanai.
Here our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with a gas BBQ grill. This feature really is special and a firm favourite with all our guests.
The 1st floor of our villa hosts 6 beautiful proportioned bedrooms impeccable furnished with attention to detail all fully carpeted.
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Complete with en-suite bathroom with culture marble vanities bath tub, walk in shower and WC, this bedroom also boasts cable TV and telephone. A child cot is also provided.

The Large landing area space provides a great area to relax and read on the sofa (which is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping) it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.
A laundry service area is located on the first floor which host a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board.
If the parks are not enough to entertain the children both big and small we have a fully equipped games room. With an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board this is the room that will entertain the family for hours. Complete with TV and seating area.
As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment. An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sq ft clubhouse encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, an entertaining games arcade, a spa and fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children's playground, and basketball and volleyball courts.
