Paradise Palm Villa at Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club
Our fabulous spacious villa - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - is extremely private and overlooks a conservation area. The villa is luxuriously appointed with every modern appliance and convenience. Many items are included to make your stay more comfortable, especially baby items.
The villa has own oversized private screened pool and a well maintained garden. Tables and chairs are provided so you can enjoy your Floridian breakfast beside the pool. Unwind on the comfortable sun loungers or have a dip in the pool after a hectic day visiting the theme parks. The pool can be heated, if required.
As you book direct with us, the villa owners, you reap the benefits of that personal touch. This is OUR holiday home and we love to spend time there. When we can't be there, we love sharing our home with other people and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Nothing will be too much trouble for our guests, no question is too silly to ask, we want your holiday to go without a hitch and we will do what ever we can to ensure you enjoy it to the full.
Lounge
The lounge is the centrepiece of the villa and is a comfortable and inviting area in which to relax, listen to music from our CD collection, read a book from our library, play family board games or just watch cable TV. The large patio doors lead to the pool area and this just emphasizes the sunniness of the room.
Master Bedroom
Golden Slumbers, our opulent master bedroom, has beautiful views onto the brilliant sapphire pool, deck, landscaped gardens and conservation area. Furnished and decorated with a predominantly gold and white colour scheme with touches of Cerulean blue, this opulent room contains a rattan and wood king size bed with matching bachelor chests, unusual lamps and a clock radio.
The comfortable bed is dressed with stylish quality linens and comforter. The dresser is larger than average and has an attractive mirror and lamps. A pretty blue love seat completes the room and the walk in closet ensures that there is plenty of space for your clothes.
For younger guests, we provide a practical wooden cot with appealing bed linens.
The ceiling fan adds the final touch to the tropical atmosphere.
For those of you who enjoy the luxury of viewing a late night film or morning news in bed, we have provided a cable TV.
Hollywood inspired this bathroom! Just the place to indulge yourself with his and hers vanity unit, surrounded by film star lights and a huge mirror. The large oval bathtub is just made for relaxing in the bubbles. The huge walk in shower is ideal for reinvigorating with a hot or cold shower. Quality towels are secreted in their own closet.
Queen Bedroom
Spring morning suite decorated in pretty shades of spring: pinks, greens and cream. The bedroom features a queen size bed with quality linens and a very cosy comforter, flanked by nightstands, lamps and a clock radio.
This master bedroom also contains a walk in closet and a lovely dresser - sunny pine tones with mirror above - and of course a cable TV/DVD combo for those early nights or lazy mornings.
A glorious full bathroom in sunny yellow colours complements the suite. Film star lights surround the mirror at the vanity unit and to complete the set there is a full size bath tub with shower over, towel closet and WC.
Bedroom 3
A dream of a room - decorated in shades of pink and greens. The twin beds are in a light ash tone with beautiful pink check comforters and scatter pillows. The chests hidden in the large closet are in the same light ash. To complete the ensemble, you will find a cable TV/DVD combo.
Bedroom 4
Decorated with sporting red and black theme. This room includes light ash furnishings, cable TV and loads of closet space. There are striking views over the front yard.
Bedroom 5
Delightful bunk has a nautical theme and decorated in shades of blue. The bedroom is furnished with bunk beds - lower double and upper twin, a dresser in light ash and a walk in closet, which has plenty of hanging space. A TV /DVD combo completes this room.
The bedroom shares bathroom facilities, which consist of a full bathtub with over bath shower, vanity unit with basin and film star lights and WC. This bathroom has a door which leads directly to the pool deck.
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay; a full size oven, hob and microwave. Should you want to, you can cook at home (and sometimes it makes a nice change to eat in) or you can buy ready cooked at the supermarket (especially their rotisserie chicken) or have a home delivery from some of the local delivery food services. There is also a wide selection of eateries close by.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron available for your use.

Fun And Games
Games room with 8ft pool table, foosball (table football), air hockey and electronic darts.
Pool Area
Our pool is east facing, so enjoy your Floridian breakfast at the table and chairs provided on the decking and spend the rest of the day on the comfortable sun loungers or having a dip in the pool. Although the pool faces east, there is sun on the decking until almost 5pm and our extended deck is bathed in sun until early evening. Access to the pool is either via the family room or the pool bathroom.
A recent addition to the pool deck is our free standing hot tub so soothe all your cares away in the relaxing effervescent bubbles.
The pool is regularly serviced and cleaned and we recommend pool heat from October to April. The pool is 30ft by 14ft and pool towels and toys are available so you can jump straight in when you need to cool off - you might not want to get out! In the evening, why not light the barbeque, cool the wine and chill out. The pool is screened, so no bugs! This makes alfresco dining an enjoyable experience, you can even end the night with a midnight swim!
