Tuscan Ridge is a quiet, beautiful and prestigious community with a mix of both residential and vacation homes. Located just off US Hwy 27, 3 miles north of I-4, the community is newly built and has most of the villas set on generous grounds. Each villa has its your own private pool. The south border is overlooking orange groves.
Tuscan Ridge is only a short drive away from the Championsgate area where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, post office and Beauty salons.
The community has a communal tennis and volleyball courts, a clubhouse and children's play area.
Tuscan Ridge is a 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and other area attractions. Yet far enough away to provide peace and tranquillity when want to chill out after a days fun visiting the theme parks.

Villa Hibiscus
The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, games room and a laundry room.
There are hair dryers in each bathroom, and all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have cable television, ceiling fans, walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels) is provided. The family room has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has Cable TV, and a PS 2 Playstation and games.

The Elm
Our luxurious privately owned fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with screened private pool and spa, is in an enviable south facing position. The villa has been professionally designed and tastefully furnished with many extra features and will comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
An intruder alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are also provided for your safety. Extra safety child alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area - these alert you if the doors are open. Ceiling fans are fitted in the family room, master bedroom and lanai to circulate the cool air.
Free wireless broadband Internet access is also provided - just bring along your own laptop!

The villa is spacious and will sleep 10 comfortably; it has been professionally furnished and is well equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with king size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room with a queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room and well equipped games room.
To the rear is a covered Lanai and large 26 x 13 foot pool and spa with huge deck extension. The pool and deck extension are in the sunshine all day so you can sunbathe to your heart's content.

Our lovely villa comprises 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 spacious lounges. The 'great room' is a large light room comfortably furnished with 2 sumptuous settees, cable TV, DVD player and PS2 for your enjoyment. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning on those warmer Floridian days.
For dining options you have a breakfast nook, breakfast bar, a formal dining room and for the "alfresco" an oversized L-shaped lanai with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need whether you wish to prepare a banquet or just a snack.
Oustide the fully screened pool and spa with oversize decking, is southwest facing, capturing day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets.
