The south border is overlooking orange groves.
Tuscan Ridge is only a short drive away from the Championsgate area where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, post office and Beauty salons.
The community has a communal tennis and volleyball courts, a clubhouse and children's play area.
Tuscan Ridge is a 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and other area attractions. Yet far enough away to provide peace and tranquillity when want to chill out after a days fun visiting the theme parks.

Villa Hibiscus
The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, games room and a laundry room.
There are hair dryers in each bathroom, and all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have cable television, ceiling fans, walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels) is provided. The family room has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has Cable TV, and a PS 2 Playstation and games.

The Elm
Our luxurious privately owned fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with screened private pool and spa, is in an enviable south facing position. The villa has been professionally designed and tastefully furnished with many extra features and will comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
An intruder alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are also provided for your safety. Extra safety child alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area - these alert you if the doors are open. Ceiling fans are fitted in the family room, master bedroom and lanai to circulate the cool air.
Free wireless broadband Internet access is also provided - just bring along your own laptop!

Orlando Sunshine Villa
Our beautiful Florida holiday Villa is extremely spacious with a family room, living room, two separate dining areas, 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned. The living rooms have been decorated and furnished in a modern contemporary style. The Great Room is equipped with a 40 inch television with cable channels and also a DVD player.
The fully screened swimming pool is south facing with an oversized sundeck, it comes complete with luxury pool furniture. A feature of the house design is that the pool is visible from most rooms, this, plus all the doors leading to the pool area being alarmed provide an excellent safety feature especially if you have young children.
