Tigger Wood Villa is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club which is surrounded by an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the U.S. Highway 27, 2 miles south of the U.S. Highway 192 and less than 15 minutes drive from Disney attractions.
It has the benefit of being within walking distance, or a few minutes drive, from Berry Town Centre, which boasts a Publix supermarket, eat in and take away restaurants, a bank, UPS store and various other stores.
When you open the door to Tigger Wood Villa we are sure you will agree our home has the WOW factor.
Walk through the entrance and you are met with a very spacious and airy Great Room with vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows. This comfortable and relaxing room houses a 37inch widescreen TV with extended TV channels which includes Premiership football, together with DVD and surround sound system.
To the right of the lounge are double doors leading to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which overlooks the pool area and has a king size bed and a 27inch cable TV/VCR.
There is a very large and spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and cable TV which overlooks the pool area and beyond to the golf course.
Adjacent to the queen bedroom is the second bathroom.
The beautifully themed Animal Kingdom bedroom with twin beds and Cable TV is sure to please adults and children of all ages.
For the young ones we have a fabulous Winnie the Pooh/Tigger room which has a Winnie the Pooh TV/DVD, and Winnie the pooh bedroom furniture. This room can't fail to delight!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a large double door fridge/freezer fridge with icemaker, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a table and chairs seating 6.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area with formal table and 6 chairs from where the patio doors (alarmed for the safety of children) leads out to the pool area.
The en-suite bathroom has a huge walk in shower, Roman bath tub and double vanity units and a hairdryer.
Through the laundry room is access to the Games room/garage, which has a pool table, air hockey, foosball (table football) and magnetic darts. There are also tennis rackets and balls for guests to use on the community tennis court.
The mesh covered pool area (keeps out the bugs but not the sun!) has a beautiful view overlooking the 10th Fairway, with a 26ft x 13ft pool with underwater lighting and fountain jets. Mature bushes and shrub give added privacy at the sides of the pool area. It has a covered lanai area with ceiling fan if you require some shade or want to cool off a little and has 4 comfy padded sun loungers and patio table with 4 padded chairs for your comfort. There is also an electric BBQ grill for those al-fresco meals. The pool area has a removable safety fence for the safety of children.
And in the evenings what better way to relax than in our super Hot Tub (by Hot Spring Co) which seats 6 (one in lounger position), has 23 massage jets and illuminates 6 colours.
