Luxury 4 Bedroom villa with 2.5 bathrooms and a south facing private heated pool Just 15 minutes from Disney.
Beautifully furnished throughout and consisting of a lounge and separate family room, a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast room. This executive home has a large south facing private solar heated swimming pool and the premises are only 15 minutes from Disney and other attractions. It is near to golf, tennis, fishing, restaurants and supermarkets and accommodates 10 people.
Other facilities include a cot and highchair, TVs, DVD player, a video player and a library. The villa is contained on an extra large plot and, for the added comfort and privacy of our guests, it is not overlooked.
The villa is on the quiet and excellently situated development of The Palms which is part of Davenport Lakes Estates.
The villa itself has been decorated throughout to an extremely high standard and is superbly furnished. It is bright and spacious and is not over looked at the rear. It provides a comfortable and stylish home from home to make your Florida vacation something special. We provide a high chair, cot (crib) and push chair (stroller).
Family Room
Spacious and light with patio doors leading to the pool. This room has plenty of comfortable seating and is light and airy. One of the settees converts into a double bed. There is a library, videos and books and a 60 channel cable TV. We also provide a DVD player, radio cassette and video player for our guests. As with all other areas inside the villa, it is strictly no smoking.
Living Room
The living room is at the front of the villa. It has plenty of comfortable seating and coffee table and is pleasant and welcoming. The room stays cool throughout the day as it is north facing.
Master Bedroom 1
The Master bed room is fully furnished containing a queen size bed, Italian furniture, and TV. There is also a babies cot if required. The adjoining en-suite has a large separate shower enclosure, bath and vanity facilities. There is also a large walk-in cloakroom.
Master Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a double sized bed and is also furnished to a high standard with vanity facilities. A pleasant bright and cheerful room.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 contain two large single beds, and overlook the swimming pool. This bedroom is warm and comfortable. A crib/cot is available at no extra charge for our very young guests.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 contain two large single beds, and overlook the swimming pool. This bedroom is warm and comfortable. A crib/cot is available at no extra charge for our very young guests.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a fridge, freezer, ice-maker, dish washer, oven, grill, hob, and garbage disposer. The villa has washing facilities, inthe adjacent laundry room, with an automatic washing machine and tumble drier
Dining Room
There is a large dining table which provides luxury seating for six. We also provide a child's high chair.
Breakfast Nook
There is also a breakfast area with seating for 4.
Master Bathroom
The master bedroom ensuite bathroom has wc, bath and shower plus vanity facilities. The second bathroom has a wc, and a bath with shower. There is a hairdryer.
Pool Area
The large screened pool is situated at the rear of the villa. It is solar heated and not overlooked at the back. There is a plentiful supply of pool furniture, loungers and a parasol. All pool towels are provided for you.
