Welcome to our beautiful, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom home. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is located in a small, quiet, residential area.
The home is just 15 minutes drive from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Orlando's International Drive (featuring Universal Studios and Sea World) is also within easy reach. Local amenities include a first class golf course, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.
Orlando International Airport is a 20-minute drive from our villa, while Orlando Sanford Airport is just 35 minutes away. From the Gallery, guests are treated to a splendid view of Walt Disney World's firework displays.
Overlooked by the gallery, the lounge provides ample seating for an evening of family entertainment and relaxation.
The colour television with digital cable channels, PVR (Personal Video Recorder), VCR, and DVD are provided for your enjoyment.
This light and airy room is the central point of the house. From the window, there is a lovely view of the pool, and direct access via the back door.
In keeping with the 'open plan' concept, the lounge adjoins the kitchen, the breakfast nook and hallway to the front door and dining room. From the lounge, there is also access to the master bedroom.
Located upstairs and at the rear of the villa, overlooking the lounge, the gallery is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed which can sleep two people and therefore provides the fourth bedroom.
The bookshelves are stocked and there's a reclining chair so you can put your feet up.
If you fancy a challenge, there is a Sony Playstation 2 and games provided.
A coffee table and three small tables are also provided.
For our guests with younger children, a crib and high-chair are provided, stored in the gallery closet.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor, at the rear of the villa, with direct access to the lounge.
This comfortably furnished room is completely private and is equipped with a king size bed with 2 bedside tables.
There is a dressing table with mirror, a walk in closet, and as you would expect, an en-suite bathroom.
A cable television and video with remote control are included.
The room also has patio doors with screens, giving you direct access to the pool.
A rocking chair and a ceiling fan complete the furnishings.
Located upstairs and at the front of the villa is the second bedroom.
The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a dressing table.
A built-in closet completes the facilities.
The second bedroom shares the upstairs bathroom with the third bedroom.

The master en-suite bathroom is equipped with a full sized, marble, oval bath and a walk-in shower, just perfect after an early morning dip or a day in the sun.
There are 'his and her' wash basins set in a marble vanity unit.
Also within the bathroom is a large walk-in closet for your clothes and a separate linen closet stocked with an ample supply of bath & hand towels.
The fully equipped kitchen is centrally located next to the dining room and breakfast nook , and overlooks the lounge.
The equipment includes a fridge-freezer complete with ice-maker, a full sized cooker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Other appliances available are coffeemaker, toaster, and waste disposal unit. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, pots & pans, glassware etc.
The full size washing machine and tumble drier are located in the laundry room.
Positioned at the rear of the house overlooking the pool.
A glass top table and four padded wicker chairs are provided. There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar.
Just a few short steps from the kitchen, this lovely dining room consists of a full size dining table and six formal dining chairs.
A large mirror and full length window both add to the spacious feel of this room.
The villa has it's own private pool.
The whole pool area is enclosed by mesh screening to keep the insects out and allow the sun in!
The dimensions of the pool are approximately 30 ft by 15 ft, and the depth ranges from 3 ft to 5 ft.
There are steps at the shallow end and underwater lighting for night swimming.
Pool heating is available. A full set of luxury patio furniture is provided including loungers, chairs and table.
There is also a lanai (covered area) providing both shade and shelter.
