The Groves at Orange Tree

Privately owned 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Florida vacation rental. To maintain our Florida villa we have an excelent management company based in Orlando which is on call 24 hours a day.

Pool & Spa

Our 30ftx 15ft pool and spa is south west facing. It has an extra large decking area which catches the sun from early morning until late evening. There is a lanai for those preferring a little shade. We do not back onto other properties.

Decking Area

We have a extra large decking area and ample seating for 10. Also provided is a BBQ.

Living Room

On walking into our Luxury Villa you will enter our first living room. This our quite room. The place to go to read or just to chill out.

Second Living Area

Our second living area has Cable TV, VIDEO/DVD Player and CD Player. There is a Ceiling Fan in this room and Patio Doors that lead to the pool area.

Master Bedroom

Our Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom has a Kingsized Sleigh Bed, Cable TV and a Computer with free BROADBAND Internet Access.

Second Master Bedroom

Our second Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Cable TV. It has its own Bathroom which leads to the pool area.

Twin Bedrooms

This is one of 2 Twin Bedrooms. Both rooms have Cable TV one also has a Play Staition 2. They share a bathroom.

Dining Area

Formal Dining area. Situated at the front of the villa.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge with Ice Maker and much more. There is a Laundry Room just off the kitchen with a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer area.

Kitchen Nook

The kitchen Nook has views through patio doors to the pool area.

Games Room

Our Games Room is fully equipped with 7ft Pool Table, Table Tennis, Fuss ball, Air hockey, 3 in one games table. Also provide are Tennis rackets and golf clubs.

Extras
