The Sanctuary at West Haven is a gated community just off highway 54. It is located at one of the highest points in Central Florida and on clear nights you can sometimes see the fireworks from Walt Disney World's EPCOT resort. The landscaped boulevards and lakes help The Sanctuary to maintain a harmonious balance with nature; so as well as being close to all the major attractions, The Sanctuary is also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle and relax after a hectic day.
The Reunion Golf Course and Champions Gate Golf Complex are just a short drive away and many other gold courses are within easy reach. There is a parade of shops and restaurants and a large supermarket at Champions Gate.
The Disney gates are just 10 minutes away and all the other attractions are easily accessed. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes drive.
Evergreen View is a luxury 4-bedroomed villa, with a private pool and jacuzzi. The pooldeck has been extended and overlooks a lake and unspoilt conservation area.
The garage has been carpeted and air-conditioned and converted into a games room complete with pool table, Xbox, football table and CD player.
The south east facing pool is 27 x 13 ft and has an integrated circular Jacuzzi, which provides an ideal place to relax. Both are fitted with underwater lighting, making them perfect for those irresistible late night dips and if you are visiting during the winter months, the pool and Jacuzzi can be heated.
WiFi Internet access is available throughout the villa (bring your own WiFi-ready laptop/notebook).
Please note that smoking is only permitted on the pool deck. The whole of the interior of Evergreen view is a non-smoking area. No pets permitted.

Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa (sleeps 10) with south facing pool overlooks a tranquil conservation area. The villa is on two levels. The downstairs accommodation comprises two bedrooms, sitting room, dining area, breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen plus utility room. Both bedrooms have TVs and DVD, one also has a PlayStation.
Upstairs the Master Suite, with ensuite, has a private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area. There are two more bedrooms both with TVs and DVD. There is also an additional bathroom upstairs plus a loft at the top of the stairs here you can sit and read a book if you feel like some time on your own.
No pets. No smoking.
