The Palms is situated in Lake Davenport Estates. This is a quiet and peaceful community situated just off highway 27 on the south west side of Orlando. It is surrounded by Davenport lake and woodlands. As well as being close enough to Disney and the other theme parks, it is also just 35 minutes from the international airport and is served by an excellent Publix supermarket just under a mile away. There is a 24 hour Walmart just 5 minutes away.
Davenport Lakes itself has its own facilities including a communal swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area and basketball court.
Many excellent golf courses situated nearby with the closest at Polo Park, which is only 1 mile away. All the club facilities are available to the public. Deer Creek is a splendid course complete with driving range and is just a short drive away. There are also several good water skiing lakes nearby, which include supervision and tuition. Lake Davenport itself offers the chance for fishing

Facilities include a cot and highchair, TVs, DVD player, a video player and a library. The villa is contained on an extra large plot and, for the added comfort and privacy of our guests, it is not overlooked.
