Terra Verde is a prestigious new resort in the heart of Florida. It is a magnificently landscaped, master planned gated community which serves as an excellent base for all the fun Orlando has to offer. Terra Verde is a 'private island' distanced from the bustle of area theme parks, yet only fifteen minutes drive to the gates of Disney. Terra Verde is just ten minutes drive from the excitement of the Magic Corridor and avoids traffic congestion on the busy Hwy192. It is centrally located for all attractions and Terra Verde itself provides excellent amenities.
The spacious, beautifully designed clubhouse at Terra Verde is set by a lake that is stocked with fish and its own resident turtle. There is a sunning beach beside the lake and a heated outdoor community pool with a large deck and loungers and a Jacuzzi. Terra Verde also offers a basketball and beach volleyball courts. The concierge can arrange a tee time for you at one of the many golf courses in the area or perhaps you might like to book a session at the spa or try out the fitness centre in the clubhouse.
Waters Edge is a beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned, villa located in the prestigious resort of Terra Verde.
It has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms and accommodates 12 to 14 people comfortably. There are four ensuite master bedrooms - 3 king and 1 queen - and two twin bedrooms. All with TV, Cable and/or DVDs, ceiling fans, dressers and a large closet.
Outside is a fully screened pool, hot tub and garden with wonderful views of the lake.
