Our luxurious 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa in Florida, is less than 15 minutes away from Disney and is close to many of the other attractions.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and has everything you need to make your holiday complete. It is situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community and is ideal for those that may want to play golf. The villa has its own large southwest facing pool and catches thee sun all day. Unlike most Florida villas it is not overlooked and looks out on to conservation area.
The villa sleeps 10 and has a great games room equipped with pool table, air hockey, football table, dart board and bikes for you to use.

Should you want to relax in a quiet area, our sitting room provides a soft lighting and airy space where you can chill out away from the family room.

This is a lovely room that has patio access. The furnishings make this room a pleasure to wake up in, with its large dressing table and drawers, side tables with lights Plus a TV This room sleeps two, but there is plenty of room for a cot or a single bed.
With its large bathroom ensuite and his and hers vanity basins you cannot fail to enjoy waking up in the morning. There is large separate walk in shower. The bath has a great Jacuzzi. There is also a separate WC. Overhead ceiling fan for your comfort.
This has a large wardrobe, two side cabinets with lights and own private bathroom with single vanity sink, bath and shower. This is a light and fresh room. Overhead ceiling fan for your comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with oven ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposable and fridge freezer with ice maker.
The utility room, off the kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, iron and ironing board.
The breakfast nook has a pine table with 4 chairs and maintains the theme of the decor throughout the villa. The kitchen and breakfast nook have a ceramic tiled floor.
Master bathroom has a walk in shower, bath with a Jacuzzi and his and hers wash area. Hair dryers are provided.
The games room is the ideal place for the children while you relax around the pool. Equipped with full size pool table, air hockey, push football and Playstation 2.
This is a large area that has table chairs and a BBQ for you to enjoy. The pool has the advantage of looking over conservation ground and is southwest facing so has the sun on the pool and spa all day.
