The villa is designed and furnished to suit everyone, no matter what your priority. When we commissioned Sunshine Valley to be built, our ideal was the perfect Florida Holiday Villa, not just a place to rest your head after a magical day at Disney.
We fully understand that each member of the family may have individual tastes and requirements.
Lounge
A nice airy spacious lounge area for those who want to relax after a long day at the parks with a glass of wine.
Living Room
The family room of the the villa, with large screen TV, DVD, sofa bed and direct access to the pool area. Wi-Fi is also located in this room with a table provided for your laptop/notebook.
Master Bedroom
There's plenty of sleeping space, two master bedrooms both with king-size beds, ceiling fan, spacious closets, cable television, telephone and ensuite.
Master Bedroom 2
A second bedroom offer a double bed, ceiling fan, spacious closets, 2 chests of drawers, cable TV and ensuite.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is our Winnie the Pooh room, twin beds, spacious closets, 2 chests of drawers and cable TV.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is a Sea World styled twin room, spacious closets, cable TV, built in wardrobes with plenty of hangers!
Kitchen Area
A kitchen that you really might want to cook in! The fully fitted kitchen includes built-in microwave oven, telephone and all local calls are free. We provide crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups and other kitchen utensils. Utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer
Breakfast Nook
There is a raised bar area for breakfasting.
Master Bathroom
A 5 star hotel style bathroom with whirlpool bath and show. Access is also available to the pool area.
Games Room
A traditional tiled games room with pool, darts, air hockey and table football.
Pool Area
Because we've spent time in villas with so-called 'pools', we wanted our guests to have something rather special. Sunshine Valley has its own screened 26ft x 13ft designer swimming pool with screen enclosure Jacuzzi spa especially for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own holiday villa.
