4 bedroom family villa (sleeps 8/10) 20 minutes from Disney with private heated pool.
Our fabulous luxury villa has two master bedrooms both with ensuite, two twin bedrooms, a den with double sofa bed, family bathroom, downstairs W/C, utility room, large downstairs living accommodation - all open plan including a lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar and formal dining area seating eight. Patio doors lead onto the south facing poolside with outside dining facilities, W/C and child safety pool netting.
Set in the beautiful gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake you have 24 hour security and access to all communal facilities including lake fishing and the club house (currently under construction). The complex is perfectly placed for all the major Orlando attractions with Walt Disney World 20 minutes away; Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Wet 'n Wild and numerous excellent rated golf courses and shopping malls are within 30 minutes drive. Your local amenities are also just minutes away. There is a 24hr Walmart for all your essentials, a pharmacy, bank, numerous other shopping establishments and countless places to eat and drink including a British pub serving traditional British food and beer, at reasonable prices, and showing British sports so you don't miss the football results!
This is a non-smoking villa. Pets are not welcome. The villa is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Master Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – Patio doors to poolside, Queen bed, satellite TV and lockable walk-in closet.
Ensuite bathroom containing separate bath and huge walk in shower.
Master Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – Queen bed, satellite TV, DVD player, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath.
Two twin bedrooms (upstairs) both with a closet.
Family Bathroom (upstairs) – Shower over the bath.
Den/Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – Queen sofa sleeper, satellite TV, DVD player and 15 in 1 games table (including pool/billiards, foosball, motor powered air hockey and table tennis).
This is an open loft style area with a view over the downstairs living space.
Open living area (downstairs) is host to 32in satellite TV with region 1 DVD player and and portable music system. The lounge area opens onto the poolside.
Breakfast bar with 2 stools and a lovely dining area with seating for 8 which opens onto the patio area.
Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, percolator, slow cooker, pots and pans, crockery and all cutlery and utensils.
In the utility room there is a separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
From the Master Suite, patio doors lead onto the poolside, where you will find a covered lanai with a ceiling fan for those who prefer some shade. The lanai is furnished with a table with space to seat 10 and 4 sun loungers.
The whole lanai/pool area is covered by protective netting to keep the nasty bugs out! There is also removable child safety fencing around the pool and a lockable W/C.
