Sunset Lakes is a gated community ideally placed for all Central Florida's main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding two natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife.
There is a community swimming pool and a childrens play area.
Sunset Lakes is just a short drive from Highway 192 where you will find numerous shops including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Highway 192 provides easy access to the Disney theme parks; just 8 minutes away. Drive times to SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away.
Our luxury villa comprises a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms, games room and heated screened swimming pool. There is also a queen size sofa-bed in the living room.
The villa is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave oven, outdoor electric barbecue grill, dishwasher, cable TV to all rooms, a DVD and three VHS video players, a Playstation 2 with two controllers and games, CD player, telephone, high speed internet access, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, all bed linen and towels, cot/crib, bed rail, highchair and stroller.
No pets. No smoking inside the villa - outside only.
