Sunrise Villa offers spacious and luxurious accommodation in the prestigious gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. Our villa is situated in a quiet, rural location overlooking a conservation area and offers easy access to Disney World and all of Orlando's fantastic attractions.
No pets. No smoking.

The downstairs accommodation includes a large family room looking out onto the pool. With soft furnishings, TV with cable and DVD player and a CD music system, its the perfect room in which to relax after a hectic day at the parks. This room also has a ceiling fan for your comfort.
There is a sitting room and dining area with seating for six.
The breakfast nook has access via patio doors to pool and lanai.
An open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink.
There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board plus linen and towels are also provided.
Master suite with king size bed TV and private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area.
The luxurious ensuite bathroom has a huge walk in shower, double vanity sinks roman bath tub and separate toilet and his and hers walk in closets.
Two further bedrooms - 1 twin with TV and playstation also toys and games for kids and one double with TV and DVD player.
Two double bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower an additional half bathroom are also on this level.
On the large landing there is a loft room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and reading lamp provides an ideal place for quiet relaxation.
The garage has a pool table also in games room we have a new hockey table.
To the rear of the property is a screened heatable swimming pool with underwater lighting.
You can enjoy it when you get up in the morning and when you return after a day's sightseeing.
You can enjoy it last thing at night before you go to bed. The pool may not be the first thing you thought about when planning your Florida holiday, but we are sure that it will be one of the things you remember most.
The pool is heated it is also south facing and looks onto a conservation area.
Enjoy your own private covered lanai, with sheltered dining area, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and conservation area.
For your comfort there are sun lounger's, tables and chairs enabling you to enjoy Al-fresco dinning or an early evening cocktail in the sun. We provide a range of plastic glasses and tableware for your safety.
