The view from the pool and lanai overlooks a wet retention area. We're sure you'll love the extra comfort of the deep cushioned patio furniture.
You can also relax in the seating area of the pool, which has a bubble jet feature. It's a great way to unwind while you watch the sunset. The lanai is partially covered so you can sit in or out of the sun. There is a seat in either end of the pool fitted with spa jets, great for unwinding at the end of a hectic day.

This luxury, one level, four bedroom/two bath villa features FREE world wide phone, new computer with high-speed internet access, a private swimming pool, gas BBQ grill and two car garage.
The villa accommodates 8-10 people comfortably in our four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully equipped to suit all your holiday needs. A crib/cot, highchair and stroller are provided at no extra charge. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and have ceiling fans for added comfort. The living room has a TV/VCR and the pool is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but not the sun.
If you need more space we can arrange for multiple home rentals with homes next door.
Our policy is no pets and no smoking except outside by the pool area (ashtrays provided for that purpose).
