Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Lane is a secure, tree-lined community, gated community which offers an abundance of leisure facilities including three community swimming pools, a children's play area, tennis courts, fitness centre with exercise room and pool table, all located on a championship 18-hole golf complex. It is situated approximately 20 minutes from Disney, 35 minutes from Orlando airport and about 1 hour from the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens and also from the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre, and 10 minutes from Cypress Gardens.
There is a supermarket, a 24-hour hypermarket, restaurants, takeaways and a Blockbuster rental outlet all located at the main entrance and all within easy walking distance.
Local activities include bass fishing, jet skiing, baseball, ice hockey, American football, numerous night clubs, helicopter rides, carting, canoeing, scuba diving, and much more.
This beautiful home is very spacious and consists of lounge, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, two ensuite master bedrooms both with cable TV, two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom, and fully screened pool. All rooms are air-conditioned, and are fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All bathrooms include a lighted vanity unit and come complete with hairdryer. There is a games room and a PC with high-speed internet access.
The south-facing screened pool has optional heating for the winter months. The pool deck has a covered, furnished, seating area, and is equipped with sun loungers.

Luxury detached 3 bedroom villa with screened private heated pool and beautiful views overlooking the 2nd tee and fairway of Southern Dunes Golf Course. It sleeps 6 (or 8 persons if two sleep on sofa bed).
The interior is full air conditioned and boasts high vaulted ceiling fans. The ensuite master bedroom is complete with queen size bed and large walk-in wardrobe with safe. The second double bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds, and ample wardrobe space. Fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room with breakfast bar. Relax in the family games room with a game of snooker or table football or with one of the many other games.
There is NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The living area comprises a large open plan lounge, with cable TV, DVD player and a playstation, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a portable radio and cd player. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a King size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe and free use of travel cot (crib), one queen size master bedroom (which opens up onto the pool) and a family bathroom and two twin bedded room with shared bathroom.
The heated private pool is fully screened and there are sun lounges and pool furniture.
