Our luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom Floridian home, SilverCreek Villa, offers you all this and much more. Our villa is specifically designed with all the comforts of a traditional home and equipped with many extras to ensure your stay in Florida is beyond expectation. Not only will you and your family be able to enjoy the delights of our large 30ft pool and relax on our sumptuous sun beds, but our heated spa will help you unwind after a long day at the parks while your young children explore the activities and toys in our kiddies playroom and your teenagers play pool and foosball in the games room.
Upon arrival at SilverCreek Villa you will receive a personal welcome from Gary who will introduce you to our home and ensure all of your questions are answered. Your tour will begin in our comfortable lounge/dining room where you will relax in front of the 32 inch HD TV with 100+ cable channels and many DVDs or enjoy an evening meal at our 6 seated dining table. Our well equipped, fully fitted kitchen is adjacent and includes a 4 seated breakfast table, a large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and many other labour saving devices. Gary will then introduce you to our two master bedrooms with American Queen (UK King) beds plus en-suite bathrooms. One is equipped with sink, bath and overhead power shower, whilst the other offers a walk-in shower, 'his and her' sinks and direct access to the pool deck. You will then be shown into our air conditioned games room with a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. After seeing our two well furnished twin bedrooms and third bathroom, you will encounter the unique feature of our villa. The fifth bedroom has been converted into a Kiddies Playroom and here your youngsters will find countless toys and games to play with as well as letting their imagination run wild with the several dressing up outfits provided. A cable TV with plentiful videos and DVDs will also keep them amused for many hours. Your tour will end by our beautiful 30ft heated pool and spa. The covered lanai adjacent to the pool deck offers alfresco dining and a little respite from the hot Floridian sunshine.
Silver Creek is a tranquil and picturesque vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and little more than 15 minute from Disney MainGate West. The location is ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.
This luxurious master bedroom has a Queen (UK King) size bed, is fully carpeted and also has a walk-in closet, bedside lighting, ceiling fan, cordless telephone, alarm clock and cable TV, together with an ensuite bathroom.
This ensuite bathroom comprises of a bath, walk in power shower, wc and vanity unit with 'his and hers' wash basins. The room is lit with overhead and over basin lighting and benefits from having an extractor fan and hairdryer. There is direct access from this bathroom to the pool deck making it easy to take an early morning dip before breakfast.
The fully carpeted second master bedroom has a queen (UK king) size bed. A walk-in closet, bedside lighting, ceiling fan, alarm clock and cable TV.
The ensuite bathroom to the second master bedroom has a fitted power shower over the bath, vanity unit with basin and wc. Also provided is a hairdyer and extractor fan.
This fully carpeted bedroom sleeps two people in twin beds and has a bedside table and lighting, chest of draws, ceiling fan, cable TV and large closet for clothes and luggage.
This bathroom is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4 and comprises a wc, bath, power shower, wash basin and hairdryer. The room is decorated to appeal to younger children and includes a childs toilet seat, bath safety mat, bath toys and childrens toothbrush holder.
The fully carpeted 4th bedroom sleeps two people in twin beds and has a bedside table with lighting, ceiling fan, chest of draws, cable TV and a large closet for clothes and luggage.
The fully carpeted kiddies playroom is a unique feature of SilverCreek Villa. It is equipped with a children's table and two small chairs, a number of soft toys/cushions and a large number of games and toys including many dressing up outfits and super-hero costumes. There is a cable TV and a DVD/video player with a large number of popular and classic children's films. This room is designed to give young children their own space and allow the 'adults' to relax without having to ask the children to clear up after themselves.
The tiled lounge is approximately 28ft x 15ft and has been furnished to a high standard with 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a single chair that provides views of the pool area or if preferred, relaxed viewing of the 32 inch HD flat screen TV with over 100 cable channels, a DVD/CD player and many DVDs. Full air conditioning, a ceiling fan and subtle lighting help to provide the most comfortable of rooms.
Tastefully decorated in a Parisian café theme, the kitchen and breakfast area is adjacent to the lounge and is equipped for up to 10 people. There is an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, teapot and electric kettle. We also provide tea towels and oven gloves. Breakfast table and chairs are provided but unless the weather is against you we think most of your meals will be taken beside the pool.
The dining table will seat up to six people and there is further space for an additional two people when the table extention is used. A full set of tableware, cutlery and glassware is available for your use.
To provide our younger (and older!!) guests with a further level of luxury, the fully air conditioned games room is available with an American pool table, foosball and electronic darts. Overhead lighting and a ceiling fan compliment this room.
The pool and spa deck at the rear of the house overlooks a conservation area and from here you see many of Florida's native bird population including cranes, eagles and vultures. The south easterly facing pool has 'Florida Glass' at the sides for added privacy and remains shadow free until late afternoon in winter and early evening in summer. The 30ft x 15ft heated swimming pool has underwater lighting and heating (for a small additional charge) which is recommended during the months October to April. The integrated spa will accommodate up to four adults and can be independantly heated for a small additional charge. To comply with local pool regulations and for the protection of small children, there is a safety fence around the pool area. Poolside furniture consists of four sumtutous sun loungers, side tables for those evening cocktails and a large parasol to provide welcome shade from the intense Florida sun.
The covered Lanai provides welcome shade in the heat of the day and access to the pool deck from the lounge. It has a large table and up to 8 chairs for alfresco dining. In addition, there is a radio and electric grill/BBQ to enhance those warm Floridian evenings.
