Our luxury villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Sarasota. It is just minutes from some of the world's finest beaches and approximately 40 minutes drive from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Our villa is in an excellent location and only two minutes from shops, great restaurants and interstate connections.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and sleeps six in comfort and style.

For the comfort and safety of all the guests there is NO SMOKING permitted within the villa.

The lounge/dining room consists of a three seat sofa, two seat sofa, side and coffee tables, TV/audio unit and a dining table with six chairs.

Family Lounge

The family lounge consists of a three seat sofa, two seat sofa, side and coffee tables, TV, stereo and video player. You will also find a collection of books and videos.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of the latest appliances including: fridge freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and an electric kettle (for you tea lovers!).

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 consists of a Queen size bed, side cabinets, dresser, built-in wardrobe and a silent ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen size bed, side cabinets, dresser, built-in wardrobe and a silent ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 consists of twin beds, side cabinet, dresser, built-in wardrobe and a silent ceiling fan.

BBQ

The villa is fully equipped with a gas BBQ.

Double Garage

This well-sized double garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a variety of beach furniture, childrens beach toys and holdalls for beach towels. All provided at no extra cost.

Pool Area

This wonderful pool area consists of a 13 feet x 26 feet electrically heated, screened pool (minimum temperature 84 degrees!) and a number of tables, chairs and loungers.

The pool depth is 3 feet deep at each end, sloping to a maximum depth of 5 feet in the pool's centre. Kiddy friendly!

The perfect surrounding to unwind and take advantage of the warm Florida climate.
