Nearby, there's the Champion's Gate shopping area, with a Publix supermarket, Chilis restaurant, fast food outlets, and lots more besides.
Sandy Ridge is a private community of 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation homes set in spacious landscaped lots with executive-style floorplans and amenities.

The second family room has cable TV, Playstation 2 and a stereo system with 3CD changer ideal for listening to your favourite music whilst relaxing with a book.
Master suite
The first master suite, with access to the pool, includes a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, nightstands with lamps, and walk-in closet space.
Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser with cable TV, and master bathroom with vanity basin and mirror and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3
The two twin bedrooms are perfectly appointed for kids and adults, each with two full size twin beds, nightstand with lamp, and ample closet space...plus adjacent family bathroom.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favourite meal which you can choose to eat in either the formal dining area, the breakfast nook - or al-fresco by the pool!

The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it.

Fabulous brand new Games room with 7ft pool tasble, 7ft air hockey table, electronic darts, board games and books. We have also just added a Play Station 2 console.
