Sandy Ridge Disney Villa at Sandy Ridge
This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious Sandy Ridge development. It is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private south facing screened pool and spa.
The villa is just minutes away from the superb Champions gate Golf Resort, shops and restaurants. The Interstate 4 is easily accessible, where you are only minutes away from all the parks, major attractions, and airports (Orlando International 30 minutes and Sanford 60 minutes). The Gulf coast beaches are 90 minutes and the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches are 70 minutes.
The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside and will ensure you get a good nights sleep.
As an extra bonus, you can now make International telephone calls to anywhere in the world and you will not be charged a cent for the duration of your stay, so no excuse for not ringing round all your friends and telling them what a magical time your having!!
Living Room
Our villa has a large seating area called the Living room.
It contains 2 large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day, while patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck and give you a great view of the woodland and conservation area which surround the rear of the property.
To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large TV complete with cable and DVD system.
One of the sofas can be easily transformed into a double sized bed.
Master Bedroom 1
The first Master bedroom has a magnificent King sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower unit, twin basins and vanity mirrors. There is also a large walk-in closet and as a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck.
Master Bedroom 2
The second Master bedroom has a large Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower unit. There is plenty of storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom two contain two single sized beds. Located conveniently next to this room is the homes third bathroom.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom three both contain two single sized beds. Located conveniently next to this room is the homes third bathroom.
Bedroom 5
Finally, bedroom one has two single beds. There is ample storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers, and a large window lets in lots of natural light as well as giving a great view out from the front of the house.
Master Bathroom
This luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower unit, twin basins and vanity mirrors.
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a heavy-duty Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher and Coffee Machine.
If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the two car garage, which can be accessed from inside the house. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
The Kitchen has a telephone from which all local and International calls are free and other calls can be paid for using most credit cards / telephone cards.
Dining Room & Breakfast Nook
Our villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast nook.
The Breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and contains a table and four chairs.
Located conveniently adjoining the open plan Living room is the Dining room. There is a large table and 6 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.
Games Room
The 2 car garage has been converted into a Games room. It features a pool table, air hockey and table football.
Pool Area
The 14 by 28 foot south facing pool and spa is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai and ceiling fans. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
The villas third bathroom is accessible directly from the pool deck should you wish to have a quick shower to keep cool, but for those times when even swimming and sunbathing is too much, you'll be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Spa.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place, while all the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
