Luxury detached 3 bedroom villa with screened private heated pool and beautiful views overlooking the 2nd tee and fairway of Southern Dunes Golf Course. The villa has been tastefully furnished to an upgraded standard. It sleeps 6 (or 8 persons if two sleep on sofa bed).
The interior is full air conditioned and boasts high vaulted ceiling fans. The ensuite master bedroom is complete with queen size bed and large walk-in wardrobe with safe. The second double bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds and ample wardrobe space. Fully equipped, this kitchen has everything a family on holiday would want including a microwave, ice maker, 4-ring cooker and fridge/freezer. Large living and dining room with breakfast bar. Relax in the family games room with a game of snooker or table football or with one of the many other games. The washing machine and tumble dry are in the games room.
Child's cot and buggy available, free of charge, as well as the highchair.
There is NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.
Queen sleeper, telephone and ceiling fan. Living area has seating for six people, 37in cable TV and PS2 console, DVD.CD player with small selection of DVDs and games.
The dining table has seating for six people and the breakfast bar has seating for two extra people. Child's high chair provide free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need, including crockery, cutlery and utensils, 4-ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, ice maker, toaster, grill, microwave, coffee maker, blender, waste disposal, full ironing equipment and breakfast bar for two. The washing machine and clothes dryer are located in the garage.
The master bedroom and ensuite with hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, radio alarm, telephone, ceiling fan and fitted safe.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, radio alarm, fitted safe and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has twin beds and walk-in wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a bath, shower and a hair dryer.
The games room has a full size pool table and small air hockey and football table. Two adult mountain bikes and three children's bikes (one suitable for a young child) and the pool toys are to be found in the games room.
The pool is south facing for "all day sunshine." The pool water can be heated to a very comfortable level all year round (subject to additional charge for heating). The pool is 26 feet long; it is 12 feet wide at the shallow end and 10 feet wide at the deep end.
On the pool deck there is a table, four padded chairs and two padded recliner lounges. Pool cover available - covering the pool helps to retain the heat for the following day.
