Beautiful three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned villa located in Rotonda West, one of the best kept secrets in this region. The villa is within a few minutes drive of the Gulf Coast.
The sleeping accommodation in 3 bedrooms includes one queen-size bed, one double bed and one room with twin single beds. There is a master suite with walk-in shower and large bath and twin basins, a guest bathroom and a separate poolside toilet. The villa comfortably sleeps six people.
Hardwood floors are in all living areas with carpet in the bedrooms, marble window sills and comfortable high quality sofas. As you enter the villa the wow factor is good.
The villa is individually owned and it is managed locally so guests can gain attention if required. It is set on a double plot of land in the midst of trees giving the feeling of space (you are not overlooked on either side).

Minimum 3 day booking charge. No fixed day for arrivals. A payment of a 15% vacation deposit reserves your dates.
The living area opens to the open plan kitchen and both have sliding glass doors to the lanai (patio) and the solar heated pool with spa that overlook the river in a beautiful setting.
Master bedroom with Queen size double bed, walk-in closet, and great ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom with full size double bed and generous wardrobes.
Third bedroom with two single beds.
Kitchen has modern appliances and leads onto a breakfast nook with river views.
Formal dining in style but you can also eat by the pool with seating for six persons.

The solar heated pool is south facing so even in the cooler months you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time. Beside the pool is a wonderful spa hot tub - great for relaxation! There is a BBQ, ideal for alfresco eating.
Six poolside chairs and large oval table help you enjoy outside relaxation plus four cushioned sun loungers to help you soak up the Florida sunshine!
The pool can be safety screened and hire of baby equipment can be arranged. Likewise for gas/standard barbecue, extra bikes etc. Just ask.
The poolside hot tub/spa has supplementary extra heating if needed (refer to rates section below). However, as our solar heating is very efficient, extra heat is only needed in the coldest periods.

Great uncrowded beaches; the sand is generally fine and very clean.
