Our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is set over 2 storeys and has 3028 sq ft of living space. It comfortably sleeps 10 people.
The villa is situated 10 minutes from the Walt Disney world entrance in Liberty Village, just off Poinciana Boulevard and is conveniently located for all attractions, shops and restaurants.
A 24hr Wal-Mart only a few minutes away ensures that you have everything required within such a short travelling distance.
The villa has free high speed internet for your use.
Contains a huge 53 inch TV, DVD/VCR Combi and HiFi with a selection of DVDs If you're spending a relaxing evening at home, this is sure to keep everyone happy. This room also has a large remote control ceiling fan/light for your comfort
Entering the villa, you will come into the spacious and relaxing surroundings of the lounge and dining area.
The master bedroom is spacious and over sized for the ultimate in luxury. It has a king Size bed, 8-drawer unit with large mirror, matching bed side tables with lamps, alarm clock radio and telephone. There is a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR Combi and remote controlled ceiling fan.
The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk in shower; Roman bath and twin vanity sinks. There is also a spacious walk in closet. This room benefits from views overlooking the pool area and lake.
Consisting of a queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, an alarm clock radio and matching 12-drawer dresser with large mirror. The room also boasts a walk in closet.
There are two twin bedrooms containing two matching single beds, a bedside table with lamp and alarm clock radio. Both twin rooms have walk in closets.

Consists of a double bed with built in wardrobe, a bedside table with lamp and a large 4-drawer unit. This room boasts spectacular pool and lake views.
The bathroom is situated just off the family room and ground floor bedroom.
In our fully equipped kitchen is a breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite to eat in the morning. There is also a nook area with table and chairs with patio doors leading to the extended pool area. These doors are alarmed to alert you when opened. The Utility Room is located just off the kitchen with top of the range washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc.
The pool area is south facing, ensuring that you make the most of the Florida sun. The huge decking area ensures that there is plenty of space to relax on padded sun loungers whilst taking in the stunning views overlooking the lake. The pool itself measures 14 x 28 ft and features underwater lighting, which changes colour. Fun for night time dips and the kids will love it. Pool heating is available upon request.
There is a covered lanai to allow you to cool off and sit in the shade. It features a large table with 4 padded chairs, ideal for dining outside whilst admiring the local wildlife.
