This beautiful luxury 5 bedroom pool home with 3 master suites, boasts over 3000 sq ft of luxurious air conditioned living space and is tastefully decorated throughout. The villa is 8 MILES FROM DISNEY and close to other major attractions.
We have included everything at 'Hollies Retreat' that we hope will make your vacation special and one that you will remember for years to come.
Our villa is furnished to the highest standard with pool views towards a conservation forest area. Come to 'Hollies Retreat' for a relaxing break with all the comforts of home.
We have South Facing UPGRADED 30ft by 15ft pool and adjoining spa which is in the sunshine from early morning to late evening and there are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a BBQ and table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view.
We have a child safety fence for use around the pool.
The views from the Pool and Spa area are onto a Conservation Area. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. Very quite, peacefull and private with the fencing around the pool area.
For those of you who prefer a little shade we have a large lania. Equiped with table and 6 chairs. Smoking is allowed in this area but not inside the villa.
On entering this spacious 5 bedroom villa you will come across the 1st of our 3 living areas.
This is the 2nd Living area closest to the kitchen. There is ample seating for all the family. In this room we supply a 32inch cable TV, DV/Video player and a CD player. The views from this room are onto the pool and conservation area.
This dining area is one of 2 within the villa. We also have a table and chairs outside in the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Four Poster Bed a large en-suite bathroom, 27inch CABLE TV and a COMPUTER with FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET.
We also have another Master Bedroom with En-Suite, King Size bed and 27inch CABLE TV.
We have 1 Bedroom downstairs. This room has a Queen Size Bed an En-suite bathroom with access to the pool area. The pool door is fitted with an alarm which may be turned on or off. This luxury bedroom also has a 27inch Cable TV and a Hair dryer in the bathroom.
This is one of our 2 Twin Bedrrooms. With the Disney Theme it is ideal for the younger children. Also in this room we have CABLE TV and an XBOX WITH GAMES. This room shares a bathroom with the other Twin Bedroom.
Our fully equiped kitchen will have everything you will need. Settings for 12 people, baby plates, cups, spoons, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, liqudiser etc. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools and we also have a baby chair.
There will be plenty to do for both adults and children in our well equipped games room with 8ft POOL TABLE, FOOS BALL, TABLE TENNIS, AIR HOCKY and ELETRONIC DART BOARD.
