Pine Valley Creek

4 bedrooms including 2 master suites - sleeps up to 8 people

Both master suites have their own TV / DVD. There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch satellite TV, DVD and CD, all TVs in the villa are satellite and receive over 100 channels. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation.

The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, it looks out down the meandering canal and the nature reserve, it should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. Being close to the nature reserve ensures a variety of birds including, eagles and herons, regularly fly overhead.

Completed in August 2006 this 3 bed roomed, 2.5 bathroom villa has a private family room as well as a large living room. There is also a formal dining room in addition to the nook which is for casual dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen which contains everything you will need for a relaxing holiday - even for the most discerning cook.

The swimming pool is one of the best features of our house facing due south and measure 26 x 14 feet with steps and a swim seat.

The rear of the villa is south facing - the pool and lanai have the sun all day long - perfect for swimming, relaxing in the sun, watching the sunsets and eating al fresco. The south facing aspect is a real bonus in the winter months giving you more hours of sunshine.
