The Master Bedroom features a Queen sized bed with a en-suite bathroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both feature twin beds and have access to a shared bathroom.

Luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with south facing pool

Our villa is fully furnished to a very high standard and is situated in Lindfields. Only 4 miles away from Disney World many theme parks.

On entering the front door you walk into a large lounge area with vaulted ceiling, it has two comfortable leather sofas, Cable TV, Video DVD Player and Play Station. There are patio doors leading to the pool area. This open plan layout also consists of a dining area with table and chairs which leads into the fully equipped kitchen which has cooker microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge freezer (with ice maker), toaster and coffee maker.

Chinese room (as we call it) is a lovely lounge with no television in, which is very relaxing for a quiet read or a sociable chat with a glass of wine or a cold beer or two. Also the sofa pulls down into a double bed.

The Master Bedroom is a large room with Queen size bed, cable television, ceiling fan and large walk in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has two washbasins, Roman tub, large separate shower, toilet and door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 1 & 2 are twin bedded rooms with a small chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed 2 small chests of drawers and large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and ceiling fan.

The Private Swimming Pool and patio area is fully screened and the pool is heated if required at an extra cost. It is equipped with sun lounges patio table and chairs also a shaded area if you need to get out of the sun.

Our villa is situated in a community called Esprit which borders the stunning Lake Davenport and is in a conservation area of great beauty and tranquility. It is close to shops, restaurants and attractions and has a golf course. The communal facilities are accessible to you by private key, so that you can play tennis, or basketball, or take a swim in the full sized communal pool.

The Master bedroom has its own personal full bathroom with a walk-in closet, queen size bed and a 19 inch Cable colour TV. The room has a southern exposure to the sun so every morning the sun comes beaming into the bedroom on the beautiful flora colors of rose and white. Bedroom 1 & 2 have twin beds and a Colour TV. The beds are large enough for one adult in each bed or two children. All your linen, towels, pillows and covers are provided.

The Family room has a Cable ready TV, VCR, DVD Player, and a full view of the pool area. There is a single chair, love seat and sofa with a pull out full size bed.

The kitchen has a dinning table that sits six people. This kitchen has a counter top that serves four people. A kitchen with everything you need to prepare food. There are two sided ice maker refrigerator, automatic dish washer and a gas stove.

The screened and enclosed pool is attached to the house with an extended deck for a party or cook out.
