This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home is perfect for your family vacations at the beach. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home has easy access to the beach and gulf and can accomodate up to 12 people.
Sunset Reflections Too has two huge decks and a screened porch that look out over the gulf and an open floor plan that facilitates family or group vacationing. It faces west and gets beautiful sunsets over the gulf.
The two masters feature queen sized beds, tile surrounds, Jacuzzi tubs and spectacular gulf views. The third and fourth bedrooms on the second floor each have two twin beds that can be bolstered together as kings and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in each of the two living rooms. This home comes fully equiped including DSL access, TVs (6), VCRs (5), DVDs (3) and Dolby Digital Stereo to offer you and yours the vacation of a lifetime. And yes, our home is pet friendly and so are the Cape San Blas beaches.
There is loads of parking including room for boats and RVs. There is an outdoor shower and we are close to the bike path and state park entrance.

This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home was a labor of love for the builder and previous owner. There are many custom features including, exotic wood finishes throughout, Italian porcelain tile, 9 remote-controlled ceiling fans with lights and stainless steel appliances. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home features lots of privacy, easy access to the beach and gulf, a private swimming pool, DSL access and can accomodate up to 10 people.
Cape Reflections has a huge open deck (over 900 sq. ft. of Trex decking) looking out over the gulf and an open floor plan that offers gulf views from almost anywhere in the home. The loft affords sunrises over St. Joseph Bay, sunsets over the gulf and a view of empty dunes (no houses) for a mile to the north. This home also features a huge screened patio (over 500 sq. ft.) on the lower level for those rare times when the prevailing cape breezes don't quite keep the bugs at bay.
The main floor master features a king size bed and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed, there is a queen size futon in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The very private lower level master also has a queen size bed. Of course, our home has central air conditioning and comes fully equiped with a full-size washer and dryer.
This home comes fully equiped to offer you and yours the vacation of a lifetime. We even provide a Roleez beach cart for you to haul your chairs and coolers to the beach with. And yes, our home is pet friendly and so are the Cape San Blas beaches.
