Situated in the heart of Kissimmee, our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, villa in Windward Cay has its own heatable private swimming pool.

The villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting and yet is only minutes away from Highway 192 (road to Disney) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Disney Theme Parks are less than 10 minutes away.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort.

The villa has a telephone system connected and all local calls are free. The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc for your stay.

This villa and the adjacent villa, Florida Let's-A-Dream Villa (owned by a friend), can be easily combined to accommodate up to 8 + 8 = 16 Guests! Accommodating two familys.

Lounge

The lounge with a queen size sleeper and a colour television connected to the cable network is provided along with a DVD and Video player. Additional ceiling fans are provided.

The room has white marble flooring throughout to keep you cool on those hot days. Patio doors lead from here directly to the pool area.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and bath tub and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The room also has cable TV, radio alarm, walk in clothes closet, large dressing table with stool and matching bedside units. Patio doors lead from here to the pool area.

Double Bedroom

The second bedroom has a double bed, large walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Cable TV is also provided.

The double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a family bathroom.

Poohs Bedroom

This "Winnie the Pooh" themed bedroom has twin beds, a large walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers. To complete the theme is a Disney character table lamp.

Dining Area

The main dining area has a dining table and six chairs.

Kitchen Area

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.

There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet.

Pool Area

Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has all the normal furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool.

The pool is equipped with and an underwater light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. It even has its own mosaic tiled underwater dolphin.

The pool area has a covered lanai for outside dining and to shelter from the midday sun. Ideal for anyone with small children.
