Welcome to our villa where we hope that we can help you to find your ideal home from home in the Florida sun for that perfect vacation.
PC Villa is a privately owned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation property fully equipped with all the comforts of home and located in the very heart of Central Florida, the vacation capital of the world. Ideally situated for all of the world-renowned theme parks, shopping malls, golf courses and beaches in the area our villa is the perfect location for you, your family and your friends to spend a few days, weeks or longer.
The villa has been equipped to provide everything you might need during your stay, with the exception of food, drinks and toothpaste etc. All bed linen, towels and even beach towels are provided for your use and for guests with children we have also included a travel cot, high chair and stroller to help reduce at least some of the packing. Air-conditioning throughout the villa ensures that you will be comfortable whatever time of the year you choose to visit.
The villa's secure double garage allows you to easily store any bikes or golf clubs that you might bring with you out of the way as well as providing parking additional to the two car driveway for groups who choose to travel independently of one another.
Our local management company will be on hand to offer any advice or assistance that you might need during your stay and will ensure that the villa is clean and ready for your arrival. In the unlikely event that you have any problems in the villa during your stay they will arrange for any necessary work to be carried out with a minimum of disturbance.
Please note that for the comfort, health and safety of all of our guests we insist that the villa is a strictly non-smoking property at all times. Although ashtrays have been provided we do request that guests only smoke outside on the patio area.
The living room overlooks the patio and pool and is furnished with two large sofas and an armchair. It has a large screen cable television with a DVD player for entertainment on a quiet night in if you need one. A selection of books, feel free to take one away if you don't have time to finish it but please leave one in its place, and a few games are also provided. A ceiling fan provides a gentle breeze on hot days.
The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and its own cable television so is ideal for getting a little quiet time away from children. There is also access to the pool area directly from the master bedroom. A ceiling fan ensures that the room is always comfortable even on the hottest of days.
The second, full sized bedroom is at the front of the villa. It has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, including a bath and a shower as well as its own walk-in closet and large chest of drawers. It too has cable television.
The third bedroom is a twin room situated at the side of the villa. It has two single beds, a large chest of drawers and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is just outside the door and includes a bath and shower.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and icemaker as well as all the other usual items you would expect to find. Alternatively the local area has many restaurants for eating out or getting something to bring home with you.
The more informal breakfast area overlooks the pool.
There is a formal dining room, large enough to seat everybody in comfort.
The ensuite master bathroom has a large corner bath, twin his and hers sinks as well as a large separate shower room.
Lastly there is of course the fabulous 'L shaped' pool complete with a spa, ideal for easing away those aches and pains after a hard day in the theme parks or on the golf course. It can be heated for use during the cooler winter months and is also fitted with underwater lighting for when the sun finally dips below the horizon. For guests with children the pool can be fully protected using a removable safety fence.
An extended, south easterly facing sundeck allows you to stretch out on the loungers and top up your tan whatever time of the day it is. For your convenience, there is also an additional bathroom that is accessible directly from the pool area.
