This is our stunning 5 Bedroom - 4 Bathroom Orlando Villa.
This beautiful villa is ideally situated in a very peaceful location at Hampton Lakes, Orlando, it is a luxury, detached, two Storey home, the rear of which faces South thereby affording sunshine all day long, this villa is also 100% private and not overlooked. It is surrounded by beautiful orange groves making this one of the most highly sought after villas in the area.
The villa sleeps 11 guests very comfortably and a cot and highchair are also provided for the most important 'little ones' in the party.
With enough theme parks, water parks, shopping malls, restaurants and nightlife venues to keep you entertained for weeks, it's no wonder Orlando is known as the entertainment capital of the world.
Only 11 miles from Disney World Florida and close to all the other major attractions, such as Sea World Orlando, Busch Gardens Orlando, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove.
The driving time to Disney World is only around 15 minutes, Sea World 22 minutes and Universal Studios is only 30 minutes away!
Fancy a game of golf? Only a stroll away you can play golf at the famous Highlands Reserve Golf Course, or visit the ChampionsGate Golf Club just around the corner from our Florida villa, home to 2 unique 18-hole championship golf courses.
Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers beautiful scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside.
Please note that we operate a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' policy. Guests wishing to smoke are respectfully requested to do so outside of the villa.

Overlooking the pool area, fully furnished with a king sized bed and it's own spacious ensuite, full bathroom and extremely large walk in wardrobe.
This second master bedroom is tastefully furnished and overlooks the orange groves and Disney fireworks which can be seen every night from the window. This also has an ensuite full bathroom comprising of shower, toilet, vanity sink. The bedroom also has a large free standing wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard, with self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, waste disposal and much more. There is also a separate room which houses a washer and tumble dryer as well as cot and high chair, safety gate and pram.
Provides additional living space. This room is also furnished with a seven seater corner suite, a remote controlled cable TV and stereo system with CD. A full sized pool table is the center piece of this room providing endless hours of fun for all ages. And for the younger members of your family there are many games and toys available, even a sit and ride toys for the toddlers. Tennis racquets and tennis balls are provided along with, basket balls, and footballs for use of the communal courts. Bring your own Sony Playstation games to use in the console.
Our pool/deck area will leave you breathless, with a deck area of 50ft wide and 25 ft before you reach the pool and Jacuzzi. After swimming in and out of the feature fountains come and sit at our poolside bar and sip a glass of chilled wine or soft drinks for the children, then put on one of the famous US steaks on our state of the arts grill on our outdoor summer kitchen and eat Alfresco, what more could anyone want??
A 50 ft by 40ft fully screened patio area with a 15 ft by 30 ft South facing pool and Jacuzzi is furnished with a patio table (with parasol) and four chairs, and second patio table with six chairs, eight sun loungers and four bar stools which makes seating for twenty two guests. The spacious deck area (one of two of the largest deck areas on Hampton Lakes both including pool side bars) makes life much easier for the young ones to play and party and have a good time. If the sun gets too much for you there is a 12 ft by 50 ft lanai (porch) at the back of the villa, giving shade to those who need to "cool off" for a while. The porch is also fitted with two electric fans to keep it nice and cool.
Stock up with chilled wines, beers and soft drinks for those warm nights. Our fabulous outdoor bar with a summer kitchen and electric grill makes barbequing so much easier and enjoyable, a state of the art grill with it's downdraft system gives you the great smell of your food without the smoke, chilled drinks can be kept in the fridge at the end of the bar.
The pool is fitted with an automatic cleaning and filtration system, underwater lighting and electric heater for the cooler winter months. The Jacuzzi, has it's own heating system and underwater lighting. So when you've had a full day at the Theme park you can come home to relax in a bubbling spa to plan you next exciting visit. There are three feature fountains in the pool to add to the ambience the pool are is 100% NOT overlooked, the setting it totally private, and orange groves and a dry lake surround you.
Watch the exciting fireworks every night from the pool area and your children will go to bed each night remembering the bright flashes of colour lighting up the Florida sky.
