The Orlando Escape is a luxurious villa set in a quiet location but yet so close to all amenities with only 10 minutes drive to Disney.
This beautiful Florida Villa was built in 2006 and has been furnished to a luxurious standard and has had various upgrades to the villa.
The villa is south facing, so you can enjoy the sunshine all day and watch the sun set at night while relaxing by the pool or alfresco dining.
The Orlando Escape situated on the Retreat at Legacy Park features a beautiful, spacious Holiday home in a natural setting southwest of Orlando, near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. The Orlando Escape is near Golf Courses, Supermarkets, Shopping malls, Restaurants and Theme Parks.
The location is perfect for getting around Orlando with just minutes away from Disney and other major attractions.
The Orlando Escape has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, which sleeps 12. It is the ideal place for your holiday vacation whether you’re busy at the theme parks or dining ‘al-fresco’ by the pool and relaxing in the sun.
The villa is fully equipped with all your needs to the highest standards.

- The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, to do as much or as little as you want.
- Baby equipment is available for use including, Pram, Pushchair and a double pram 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots for those who need them.
Pool and Spa
Step out from the family room and on to the sun-kissed pool deck, lay back and relax on the soft cushioned furniture or take a dip in our sparkling clear pool that can be optionally heated. When you want to relax, there's nothing better than to sit in the bubbling spa pool. (Floats, Toys and Arm Bands are kept in the Garage.) For added safety, there is a pool safety fence provided, and all doors leading to the pool area have additional safety locks. Additional alarms have been installed on the patio doors.
Two BBQs outside, one Gas BBQ on the pool decking and a Charcoal BBQ outside the pool enclosure.
Master Bedroom
Complete with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, large en-suite bathroom, full elegant bedroom furniture set, TV/Cable and phone and Double doors on entrance to the Master room. En-suite bathroom with mirrored his 'n' hers vanity basin, walk-in shower, separate bathtub and toilet.
Second Bedroom
Complete with Queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe full elegant bedroom furniture set and Cable TV.
Third Bedroom
With Twin beds, walk-in wardrobe full elegant bedroom furniture set, Walk in wardrobes and Cable TV.
Fourth Bedroom
Complete with single beds, walk-in wardrobe full elegant furniture set, TV and DVD.
Fifth Bedroom
Downstairs bedroom with king size bed and en suite, fitted wardrobes and Cable TV/DVD. Bedroom 5 is also downstairs for anyone who has difficulty using the stairs.
Sixth Bedroom - Loft room
Beautiful spacious loft area, with a Double Sofa Bed, TV, DVD, Play station 2 and games and Computer area.
Family Room
The spacious family room is a room to relax as a family together during the day or evening, with opulent and comfortable furnishings, plus an entertainment centre with a large screen cable TV and DVD player and DVD Collection, so you can watch your favourite movies and shows while your on your vacation.
Living Area
The living room is a nice peaceful room to relax and wind down after a hectic day at the parks.
Dining Area
There is a beautiful dining room, which seats 8/10 people and a further dining area adjacent to the kitchen area which seats 8 people. You can also choose to eat in the kitchen at the breakfast bar/island.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a fully fitted beech kitchen with huge work surfaces and central island unit and worktop, it has an integrated ceramic hob, double-oven, overhead integrated microwave, large double American style fridge freezer, with ice maker.
This kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare that special family meal, a romantic meal for 2, or a quick snack - which you can choose to eat at our formal dining table, or at the breakfast nook, or al-fresco by the sparkling pool. Or why not take a quick drive to the nearby restaurants and eateries, where you can find just about any type of food that you would want!, (BBQ available free of charge to use outside the pool area) There is a separate laundry room to the first floor with large industrial style washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom Area
Three en-suite bathrooms, one family bathroom, one pool shower and wc. The master Bathroom and family bathrooms have hair dryers.
Entertainment Room
Games room has Air Hockey Table and full size pool table.
Cleaning
Towels are provided. The villa is fully cleaned prior to the arrival of our guests and at the end of your stay. If you would like an extra clean during your stay, you will incur extra charges by the management company.
There is a separate laundry room on the first floor with large industrial style washing machine and dryer, if you should require the need to wash and dry any clothes.
