The community offers a tennis court, basketball court, English football pitch and children's play area (tot lot). There are orange trees where you can pick fresh fruit (when in season) for breakfast. All the facilities are well maintained, and the roads are well lit at night.
Orange Tree is situated off Highway 27 making it ideally situated for all the theme parks and local restaurants and shops.

Luxurious, furnished by one of Orlando's leading designers, spacious fully air-conditioned five bedroom, four bathroom villa to accommodate from 2 to 12 people.
There is plenty of space to easily accommodate two families as our property boasts two luxurious master suites, a double and two twin rooms. Our Great room/dining room is light and airy with cathedral ceiling with three large skylights. This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD, PlayStation 2, and direct access to the lanai, pool, spa area through patio doors.
The pool & spa is fully screened and south facing. There is a covered 16 foot by 12 foot lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade.

Our Luxury vacation villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms (singles) which share a bathroom (Jack & Jill).
The delightful heated pool is approximate 30ft x 15ft with a Jacuzzi & waterfall feature. It is fully illuminated during the evening giving a stunning effect.

The Groves
Privately owned 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Florida vacation rental. To maintain our Florida villa we have an excelent management company based in Orlando which is on call 24 hours a day.
Our 30ftx 15ft pool and spa is south west facing. It has an extra large decking area which catches the sun from early morning until late evening. There is a lanai for those preferring a little shade. We do not back onto other properties.
Our Games Room is fully equipped with 7ft Pool Table, Table Tennis, Fuss ball, Air hockey, 3 in one games table. Also provide are Tennis rackets and golf clubs.

Our Villa
Our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is both luxurious and very spacious, fully air conditioned, standing on a larger than average plot.
The Master and Queen bedrooms both have an en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for two families sharing, or for two couples who wish to have that little extra privacy.
Cable TV/DVD player to all bedrooms. FREE Broadband Internet Access and Local and Long Distance calls. Brand new fitted games room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football and Darts Board. Playstation/games. DVD with a selection of films to suit all ages. In one of the twin bedrooms you will find an additional VCR so the children can watch some videos.
