Luxurious, furnished by one of Orlando's leading designers, spacious fully air-conditioned five bedroom, four bathroom villa to accommodate from 2 to 12 people. This beautiful villa is situated amongst orange groves on the small select and up-market development of Orange Tree. It is within 5 to 25 minutes of Walt Disney World, Sea World, both Universal Parks and Orlando International Airport. Major supermarket chains, restaurants and shops and shopping malls are all within a 3 to 10 mile radius, there are also at least 50 excellent golf courses within a 30 mile radius.
Easy access to all major highways (Interstate Four, Florida Turnpike, Beeline Expressway, Greeneway, US 27), are within 5 to 20 minutes. On-site activities include tennis and basketball courts, children's playground and a beautiful five and a half acre park.
There is plenty of space to easily accommodate two families as our property boasts two luxurious master suites, a double and two twin rooms. Our Great room/dining room is light and airy with cathedral ceiling with three large skylights. This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD, PlayStation 2, and direct access to the lanai, pool, spa area through patio doors.
The fully equipped open plan gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience to cater for 12 people. A table and four chairs provides a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area.
For entertainment there is a Games room with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Football.
The pool & spa is fully screened and south facing. There is a covered 16 foot by 12 foot lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. Sun loungers, patio set and barbeque for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al fresco are provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any unwanted insects.
Suitability:Children welcome, the villa is wheelchair accessible, for the comfort and pleasure of all our guests the villa is NON-SMOKING.
Nook
This nook has a table and four chairs and provides a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area.
Master Bedroom
This luxurious master bedroom has a luxury American king-sized bed and bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. A ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock and hairdryer are provided.
Great Room
This room is light and airy with cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan with three large skylights. This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area with a three seater sofa (sofabed), two seater love seat and armchair, coffee tables and lamps, cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD, PlayStation 2, and direct access to the lanai, pool, spa area through patio doors.
Kitchen
The fully equipped open plan gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience with full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener and telephone. All crockery and cutlery provided sufficient to cater for 12 people.

A new games room includes the following activities: Pool table Table football Air hockey
Dining
The dining area has a table and six chairs.
Bathroom
This bathroom is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4. It has a bath, shower and wash basin.
Pool & Spa
