Lounge Area
This beautiful furnished living/ dinning area is of an open plan design. The spacious lounge has high ceilings and is light and airy. We have three large sofas for you to relax on. There is a large remote control TV and VCR with cable and a portable CD player for you to use free. With ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning, throughout the villa you will keep lovely and cool in the Florida heat. Free broadband internet and computer can be found in the large family room. Patio doors lead to the pool area. These doors, the ensuite door and the bedroom patio doors are alarmed and have safety bars (for the safety of young children).
Master Suite
The Master suite has a large size bed, roof fans, remote control cable TV and a telephone on which you can make local calls free. There is a walk-in closet so you have somewhere to hang all your new clothes. The ensuite has a large walking shower, which is ideal for the elderly or disabled, and a vanity unit with over lights and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
All the rooms are furnished in a typical Florida style. We also have a large Jack and Jill bathroom with shower, bath, WC and vanity unit with over lights and hairdryers at the front of the villa. This is a great pool house for two families to share. All new linen and towels are provided free to use.

Kitchen
The kitchen, which overlooks the lounge area, has a breakfast bar with two leather bar stools, so you won't miss any of your holiday chats. With a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher and double sink with waste disposal, everything is provided to cater for 8 people. In the utility room you will find a washer and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, which you are free to use. There is access to the garage via a door from inside the villa, which is a games room. In this room you will find a snooker table and hockey table.
Dining Area
The dining area has a formal table with seating for six.
Games Room
For young guests there is a snooker table and a hockey table.

Pool Area
A very spacious, large private pool area with a beautiful south-facing pool, 28ft x 13ft, with comfortable sun lounger. There are chairs and table with parasol for you to relax on. The sun hits about 7am and stays all day long; the water is still hot at midnight. Light the pool and enjoy swimming in the moon light.
All patio doors to the pool are alarmed and have safety bars so little ones cannot enter the pool area without you and to give you peace of mind.
Spa Dining
In the covered patio area, which is shaded from the sun, you will find table and chairs and a large parasol, so you can dine al-fresco into the night.
