Our lovely three bedroom, two bathroom villa offers all the comforts of home for your perfect stay in Florida. It is situated within the prestigious development of Calabay Parc.
Upon entering the villa you find yourself in the living room, which is open plan, and leads into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, the additional bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room bringing the sleeping occupancy to eight. Outside you will find the beautiful pool area, which is south facing, perfect for making the most of that Floida sunshine! The pool also has underwater lighting for night time swimming.
The patio area also has a toilet and washbasin handy for when your sitting around the pool, thus saving you going into the lounge area to get to a toilet when your wet.
The utility room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, this is located between the living area and the garage.
Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community consisting of a variety of 3 5 bedroom executive villas, all with private pools and finished to an exceptionally high specification. It is now firmly established as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to holiday in the Orlando area.
Drive time to Disney is 10 - 15 minutes. All the other major Orlando attraction, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, are only a short drive away. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to ChampionsGate Golf Course and shopping complex, this includes a large Publix supermarket, liquor store, video hire shop, Chinese restaurant (which delivers), McDonalds, nail and hair salons amongst others. Highway 192 is a five minute drive north. This major thoroughfare boasts every conceivable type of shop and restaurant.
