Our Florida vacation villa is a new, executive vacation home with luxury southwest facing pool and spa/jacuzzi, located at Sandy Ridge in Orlando, close to Reunion.
Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community, surrounded by conservation woodland, yet only a 10 min drive from Disney and convenient for all the other major theme parks and attractions.
For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away.
Lounge
The GREAT ROOM is the heart of the home, featuring the living room with 27 inch cable TV and DVD, and the formal dining area. It has a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan, and sliding doors overlooking the pool and conservation area. The comfortable lounge seating includes a sofa bed which could accommodate two additional guests if required.

The 30 foot x 14 foot private swimming pool and luxury spa/jacuzzi are Southwest facing. The extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening. Chill out as you watch the sun go down over the fabulous conservation woodland. For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
(A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required). The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.
