Pool & Spa looking out onto Conservation Views
Here you can sit back and relax with the gental sounds of the fountains and the breeze of the palms whilst gazing out onto the conservation area which regularly has wild birds and other wild life grazing close to the pool and spa. The pool also has coloured lighting.
There are 3 fountains at the far end of the pool.
Extended Decking Area
For those who prefer a BBQ meal beside the pool, there is ample seating for up to 12 people.
Family Room
Or family room is large, light and comfortable with a ceiling fan. It overlooks the pool area. For your enjoyment we have provided Cable TV with a VIDEO / DVD player and a CD player.
There is ample seating for 10 guests and there is a sofa which converts into a queen sized sleeper bed.
Features: Computer with FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET.
First Master Bedroom
The first master bedroom of this luxury vacation villa contains a KING SIZE BED and walk in wardrobe. This is complimented by a LARGE EN-SUITE BATHROOM with twin hand basins, a large oval bath and seperate large shower cubicle.
Should you fancy an early morning dip, access is provided direct to the lanai and pool area from this room.

Second Master Bedroom
The second Master Bedroom also has a KING SIZE BED and again for that early morning dip an EN-SUITE BATHROOM leading to the pool area. This also has cable TV and a large double size wardrobe.

Third Master Bedroom
Situated at the front of the villa is the 3rd MASTER BEDROOM which contains a QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom has its own BATHROOM along side with HAND BASIN, BATH and SHOWER . This also has built in wardrobes and cable TV.
Features: Side tables / Reading lamps / Radio alarm clock and hair dryer.
Twin Bedrooms
This is one of our 2 twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms both have cable TV and a Play Station2 with a selection of games is also provided in one of the twin bedrooms. They share a bathroom.
Dining Area
The Dining area is the perfect place for that more formal meal.
Games Room
Grown-ups and children a like will be happy to while away an hour or two, in the glorious games room! Equipped with pool table, table tennis, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts.
