Luxury Florida Villa at Bridgewater Crossing
Our luxury villa features four bedrooms - two with double beds, two with two singles each and a sofa in the lounge. A large 30ft pool. Two bathrooms (one ensuite). Two colour TVs with 30 satellite channels. Kitchen and laundry room. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and it is fully air-conditioned and heated. The spacious lounge, dining area and bedrooms are fully carpeted. The villa can accommodate up to ten people.

Bridgewater Crossing is acknowledged as one of the premier locations for Florida villas in the Orlando area due to its close proximity to Disney and its 50-acre lake and fishing and boating opportunities.
But why should you choose our Florida villa to rent over the others? The answer is location, location, location.
Look out the front door and the lake is a few meters away. Just before the lake is a leisure complex with an Olympic size swimming pool, volley ball, tennis and barbecue area, or maybe you'd prefer a walk along the nature trail to the orange groves on the other side of the lake. What a peaceful setting for your holiday!
A great number of Florida villas in Orlando only have three or four feet between each villa, which makes privacy a difficult thing to achieve. You may feel a little self conscious in the swimming pool if ones every movement can be heard by your neighbours on either side.
With our Florida villa, the plot on the left has not been developed for structural reasons so to the left there is 120ft before the next property. To the right, the villa is on a corner site facing away from ours so the distance to the next pool is 60ft.
But that's not all; our Florida villa backs onto a conservation area so all you hear at night is the chirp of the crickets and the croaking of the frogs in the lily pond at the bottom of the garden. Lounge
The spacious lounge, fully carpeted, equipped with multi-channel cable TV and video recorder.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, triple dresser, bedside tables with an alarm clock, extension phone and TV with cable facilities. It has a sliding patio door direct onto the pool area.
The master bedroom has an en suite bath with shower and toilet facilities.
Queen Size Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom can accommodate two people in single beds.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom can accommodate two people in single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
Kitchen Area
The spacious kitchen/dining area is well equipped with the latest appliances allowing for self-catering facilities. These include full-size self-cleaning gas oven, a microwave oven, large fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and liquidizer.
Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are also supplied.
