The villa is situated on the exclusive development of Glenbrook Resort just off Highway 27, only a mile from the 192. If the facilities of the villa itself, including a south-facing pool, jet spa, extended deck and lakeside frontage, TV and DVD or video in every room, Playstation2 and extensive selection of games, are not sufficient to keep you occupied, the development has a clubhouse complete with Communal swimming pool, exercise room, games room, tennis and volleyball courts and internet access.

Accommodation

The villa is 3000 square feet on two floors. The accomodation comprises:

• 5 bedrooms all with walk-in wardrobes - 2 master en suites with king beds, and 3 twin bedrooms.
• 1 master suite and 1 twin bedroom are on the ground floor, all other bedrooms are at 1st floor level 2 family bathrooms, one on each floor.
• A family room with sofa bed and dining table (seats 4) providing a quiet area in the house (no TV here!).
• Open plan living space providing a fully-equipped kitchen, a formal dining area (seats 6) and a relaxing seating area with TV, DVD and Video Player, Stereo and Playstation2 with games.
• A fully-screened pool and Jet Spa (heating on request) on a large deck with luxury pool furniture and lake frontage.
• The pool area is south-facing with stunning views across the lake with extended deck area - for added child protection it has a removable protection screen around the pool and jet spa, and child alarms on all the doors.
• The open-plan living space, 2 master suites and pool area all have beautiful lake views.
• The villa also boasts a fully-equipped laundry room and a double garage.
