Lake Davenport Estates is a peaceful and charming lakeside community located off Highway 27 just south of Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway). Walt Disney World is 15 minutes by car. 10 minutes away to the south on Highway 27 is Interstate 4, providing easy access to both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Orlando's International Drive (featuring Universal Studios and SeaWorld) is approximately 30 minutes by car.
The Highway 192 which is a short drive away is the main area for restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the lovely Kissimmee Old Town. A wide selection of golf courses is nearby and fishing is popular at Lake Davenport.
Welcome to our beautiful, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom home. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is located in a small, quiet, residential area.
The lounge is light and airy and is the central point of the house. It provides ample seating for an evening of family entertainment and relaxation. The colour television with digital cable channels, PVR (Personal Video Recorder), VCR, and DVD are provided for your enjoyment.
The villa has it's own private pool and the whole pool area is enclosed by mesh screening to keep the insects out and allow the sun in! The dimensions of the pool are approximately 30 ft by 15 ft, and the depth ranges from 3 ft to 5 ft. There are steps at the shallow end and underwater lighting for night swimming.
