Jasmine House at Westridge

Jasmine House, our privately owned villa, is a beautifully furnished, detached, single storey home, the rear of which faces South, thereby, affording all-day sunshine to the Pool / Jucuzzi and patio area.
Situated on a larger than average lot, and, with some 2400 sq ft of living space, the villa is much larger and better appointed than some properties offered for holiday rental in the Orlando area.
The property is fully air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans are fitted in the principle rooms to assist in the circulation of warm and cool air.
The villa sleeps 11 guests very comfortably and a cot and highchair are also provided for the most important 'little ones' in the party.
A floor mounted safe is fitted in the villa for the protection of guests valuables, passports etc.
Please note that we operate a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' policy. Guests wishing to smoke are respectfully requested to do so outside of the villa.
Note: For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the garage area has been converted to form the Games Room / Bedroom #5 and this property therefore does not have garaging facilities. There is however, ample drive-way for the parking of motor vehicles.
Master Bedroom
Overlooking the Pool / Patio area and fully furnished with King size bed, walk-in wardrobe, Cable TV and Telephone. This Bedroom also has its own spacious ensuite Bathroom.
Living Room
A spacious living room, comfortably furnished in typical Floridian Style with soft relaxing colours and textures overlooks the Pool/Jacuzzi and is situated adjacent to the formal dining room, which has a large 6-seater table and chairs.
Family Room
Spacious room with vaulted ceiling overlooking the Pool / Patio Area. Room furnished with two 3-seater Settees, remote control cable TV, Video and Stereo system.
Bedroom 2
Fully furnished with Triple Bunk type bed (Futon Bed) and walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3
Fully furnished with Twin beds and walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
Fully furnished with Double bed and walk-in wardrobe.This Bedroom also has its own ensuite Bathroom (Bathroom #3).
Bedroom 5
Located off the Games Room and fully furnished with Twin Beds and walk-in wardrobe.
Kitchen
Centrally located, the Kitchen is fully fitted including a full size self-cleaning electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and a telephone from where guests can make free local, long distance and international telephone calls. There is also a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer located in the Laundry room adjacent to the Kitchen.
Dining Room
Formal Dining Room furnished with 6-seater dining table and chairs.
Breakfast Area
Comfortable Breakfast accommodation.
Master Bathroom
Ensuite to Master Bedroom and comprises ‘his-n-hers' wash basins. Oval bath, walk-in shower and toilet.
Bathroom 2
Comprising wash basin, toilet and Bath / shower.
Bathroom 3
Ensuite to Bedroom 4 and comprises wash basin, toilet and walk-in shower. This Bathroom is also accessible from the patio area.
Games Room
Furnished with Pool Table and all accessories and, for those who wish to relax in other ways, there are a number of family games and a well stocked library.
Pool
The Pool and Jacuzzi are fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting and water heater for those cooler months in the winter.
'L' Shaped Patio
Exceptionally large and secluded, South facing, fully furnished 'L' shaped Patio.
Jacuzzi
The Pool and Jacuzzi are fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting and water heater for those cooler months in the winter.
Dine Alfresco
Plenty of Patio furniture is provided for those who prefer to dine 'in the open air'.
Covered Porch
A fully furnished covered porch is available for those who wish to enjoy the shade.
