Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest rental home communities to Walt Disney World. It is situated two miles south of US 192 on state road 545 and only a 5 minute drive to Disney World. Indian Ridge Oaks is also very convenient for Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios.
Indian Ridge Oaks has large homes in a country-like setting within a walled in neighbourhood and with no through road for traffic making the community very peaceful. The community features include several park areas, a large and private community swimming pool, a children's play area, tennis courts, football field and miles of paved jogging paths for your morning stroll or jog.
For the golfer, less than 5 minutes away and within walking distance are the Palms Golf and Country Club, and Mystic Dunes Golf Club. Other nearby golf courses include ChampionsGate, Celebration, Falcon Fire and Orange Lake which are all only 10 minutes away.
For shopping, Florida Mall and Belz Outlets are both approximately twenty minutes away with the Orlando premium Outlets even closer. There is a supermarket at ChampionsGate which is just a short drive away. Orlando International Airport is thirty minutes away, and Orlando Sanford Airport a little more. Restaurants, shops, banks and post office can all be found on the US 192.
Our lovely villa has 4 bedrooms; 1 with a king size bed, 1 with a queen size bed and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge the villa will sleep a maximum of 10 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a door out to the pool deck.
The screened pool, with privacy fence, is south facing with a massive sun deck that is sunny all day long. Shade is provided by a covered patio area. Superior padded patio furniture (2 Sun loungers 4 chairs 2 of which recline and have ottomans) is provided for your comfort.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are not allowed.
