Gated Communities
Some of the villa communities in the Disney area of Orlando are gated - access must be granted before you can enter. Others are surrounded by a privacy wall but you can drive in and take a look around. Gated communities provide extra safety and security.
Gated communities usually consist of small residential streets and include various amenities. Typical amenities offered can include one or more: clubhouses, swimming pools, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, golf courses, picnic areas, playgrounds (tot lots), nature trails, fishing and gymnasiums.

Florida's 770 mile long Gulf Coast is one of the World's top tourist destinations, with award winning beaches, lively resorts, picturesque quays, numerous attractions, great hotels and resaurants, out-of-the-way parks and nature reserves, fascinating wildlife and friendly people. With near year round sunshine, warm seas and mile upon mile of silky sandy beaches it's no wonder Florida boasts some of the best beaches in the world!
