Our superb, modern 4 bedroom, villa has a wealth of fantastic amenities one would expect of a luxury home. Air-conditioned throughout and furnished to a very high standard for occupancy by up to 8 people.
The villa has all the conveniences that one would expect of an executive style property including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave, Bright House Cable TV, VCR and DVD players.
A telephone is also provided. All local calls are free, however long distance calls require a phone card or credit card.
Games room (no photo) with air hockey, table football, table tennis, darts, basketball and pool/billards.
Two bathrooms, one of which is accesible from the master Bedroom and pool area. All towels for use at the villa are provided. Both bathrooms include hairdryers etc.
The villa also has it's own private, heated and screened pool area complete with separate jacuzzi/spa. The light gauge mesh which covers the pool deck area allows you to relax in the Florida sunshine without being at risk from flying insects. The pool area is NOT overlooked.
There is ample quality patio furniture around the pool and in addition the pool can be illuminated at night with underwater lighting.
The villa is close to several, top quality championship golf courses and next door to The Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
All the major attractions, including Disney's Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Magic Kingdom are no more than a 15 minute drive away.

King Master Bedroom
Two master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the otherr with queen size bed. The king master bedroom has an ensuite which leads directly out onto the pool side. Both bedrooms have cable TV.
All bed linen is provided.
Twin Bedroom
Two twin bedrooms both equiped with cable TV and a Sony Playstation 2.
All bed linen is provided.
Living Area
Lounge with a triple and twin seater settee together with 32in TV, DVD and VCR players.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen equiped with separate breakfast nook and including range cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste diposal unit and microwave oven.
All utensils, crockery and cutlery are included.
