Brand new for 2003, our luxury 5-bed, 3-bath villa, with every convenience of home, has its own screened-in, private, heated pool. Extra pool decking with ample outdoor furniture gives plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun and views. It has all the comfort and style with every modern convenience that make this a perfect holiday home for your stay in Florida.
On beautiful Calabay Parc located 10-15 minutes from Disney, it is an ideal location to enjoy all the amenities that the Parks and Orlando have to offer. Set in lovely landscaped gardens the Spanish architectural influence on Calabay is immediately recognizable.
We have teamed up with an excellent local management company who will oversee your stay and be available for all your needs whilst on vacation. They look after the house and pool on a regular basis.
The villa is near ALL the attractions, with Disney only 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Getting to the villa from Orlando International Airport is very easy being only 30 to 35 minutes away. In an idyllic position, midway between the two coasts, just north of the main east / west Interstate 4, with shops and amenities very near in either direction.
Master Bedroom 1
A larger than usual bedroom and features a 26 inch TV and DVD. The walk in closet offers plenty of space for all your items.
Lounge
Features a 37 inch plasma TV, Playstation 2 and games, a DVD and VCR and a movie library of over 100 films for your enjoyment. A large patio door leads out to the private pool area.
Master Bedroom 2
Features a large bedroom with a 25 inch TV and DVD. A very large closet for all your items leads off a master ensuite with a double shower. A private door leads to the seculded pool area.
Bedroom 3
Features two twin beds and a 20 inch TV.
Bedroom 4
Features a queen sized bed and a bathroom right outside the door. This bedroom has a 20 inch TV/DVD combo TV.
Bedroom 5
Features a Pooh Bear theme for the little ones with lots of stuffed animals, toys and games. In this room you will find baby equipment, bed rail and a stroller, which are all available free of charge.
Kitchen Area
The large kitchen area has all the modern appliances and equipment you will need for a feast or a snack. Large refrigerator and ice maker and a large pantry. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Dining
The dining area has seating for 6. There is also a kitchen island with 4 extra seats.
Master Bathroom
Features a double walk in shower and also a large soak-in corner tub. Double sinks and linen closet. A private door leads to the pool area.
Games Room
Our Villa offers a fully featured games room to enjoy on your vacation. The room incorporates full size double electronic hoops game, 7ft pool table, table tennis table, football and air-hockey table, darts game.
We also have a Playstation 2 with games and a Pac Man/Galaxy plug and play game at the Villa.
Pool Area
The pool area features a sparkling pool with extended decking for all day sunbathing. A shaded lanai with seating for 6 is great for al fresco dining. Luxury pool furnishings with padded seats. Plenty of pool toys for the little ones and a large gas BBQ for your use.
Baby equipment
Baby equipment is available at the villa free of charge. Just let us know that you will be needing this and it will be left out for you.
The equipment includes a highchair, pack 'n' play crib (bring your own bedding) and a jogger stroller (please do not take this stroller to the theme parks, you will be able to rent a park stroller).
